Amen! Some of of the most harmful attitudes among feminists is that men are all secretly yearning to put women back in the kitchen, that they don't support equal rights, and that women can't be misogynists (trust me, I can find plenty).

That's a typical misinformation spread and perpetuated by men and women to discredit feminism in general and make feminists look like deluded and hysterical people suffering from paranoia. I admit that within every movement there are certain individuals or trends that give the whole movement a bad rep but only if people don't make an effort to educate themselves and rather believe the nonsense they're told which most of the time only reassures them of their own prejudices. I won't deny that there aren't any radical feminists who hate men, are not interested in gender equality and want women to rule the world, still, that doesn't mean that you can say about every feminist that they hate men and want world domination. That's bullshit!

Right, Im not trying to stir up things, but there are still men outthere who opress women and want us back in the kitchen.

And a hell of alot men DO NOT support or want equality. Look at Bill Maher and the shit he said.

I am a feminist, and could not be any prouder of it. It saddens me when women wanna be "one of the boys" or adapt a behaviour that is against their own gender just to be "cool" or more popular with the male crowd.

Kelly Osbourne is talentless and fugly--she can lose weight all she wants but that gigantic melon of hers isn't getting any smaller and her legs will always look hideously stumpy and fat.

X-tina is currently a fatty but unlike KO, she's hot and attractive when she's at a good weight.

WE as mothers have the POWER to change society because we are the ones raising our children, so we get to decide wich path society will take. If YOU as a woman keep on basing your self worth on petty shit like how pretty you are, how cool your clothes are, how expensive your car is or how big or small your cloth sizes are, you will perpetuate vapid women with your little girls and men who think women are stupid with your little boys. After all, we learn by example.

I hate hearing young women today saying "I'm not a feminist, BUT..." Feminist thinkers are responsible for a great many achievements in gender equity and while that is something to be celebrated, why aren't today's women's libbers concerned with the lagging number of men who go to college (43% men vs 57% women)? Or the fact that there are 4 male suicides for every 1 female suicide? Today's feminists would do well to acknowledge that such disparities exist and that women's rights should not come at the expense of men's rights...coz that doesn't benefit either sex.

I do agree on that notion. I have seen former tormentors let themselves go, but I just gloat on the inside. That's one thing Kelly doesn't understand, is that it's waay more civilized to keep some shit to yourself and just let 'em stay fat (otherwise you're just going to give them motivation to lose the weight, etc.).

Not true. Feminism is supposed to be about achieving EQUALITY--that is, equal economic, political, and social rights for women. A man who supports equal rights for men AND women is a feminist.

So sorry to hear about Giuliana Rancic's breast cancer diagnosis. Thank goodness her doctor ordered the mammogram. She said she had been tested for the breast cancer gene due to an aunt having the disease, and was negative, yet she still was diagnosed with breast cancer at age 36. Quite scary but it sounds like she is extremely lucky for her doctor's insistence that she have the mammogram.

As far as Kelly goes, I agree she should take the high road and not say anything about Christina's weight gain. You never know when you could gain some of your weight back & it's just better to not stoop to Christina's level.
