Lady Lovelylocks and the Pixietails (which is also the pet name Ryan Gaycrest gave to his highlighted dick bush and taint mane) was a short-lived cartoon series from the mid-80s and just like all cartoon series starring two beauties, one was a yellow-haired innocent ingenue who wanted everything to be pastel pink hearts and rainbows, and the other one was a black-haired coal-hearted bitch who wanted to rule the entire kingdom in the name of evil. Basically, that's the blueprint for Mimi and Nicki Minaj's American Idol feud.
I don't even know why there was a competition between Duchess RavenWaves and Lady Lovelylocks, because Duchess RavenWaves obviously has this. She's pretty much Bianca from Beverly Hills Teens in a Ren Faire dress, so that wins her all the points. And yes, I love typing the names "Duchess RavenWaves and Lady Lovelylocks," because every time I do it, it feels like I've been gently butt fucked with a mischievous Comb Gnome.

I can COMPLETELY understand why this might give brunettes a complex! Kids are impressionable.
For me as a natural blonde I get horribly offended when people use the 'dumb blonde' stereotype.
This is mostly because I feel it's the fake blonde, fake tit brigade who perpetuate the myth.
But also it's because I am quite dumb.
My mom still has a few pixietails in her home (she decided she needed to keep all of our toys from the 80's, no idea why), only now they are all ratty and gross and I was looking at one the other day when it hit me - Princess LL had fucking squirrels in her hair. Squirrels and rabbits... wtf? Who writes that? Who looks at that once its been written and says "yes we will animate this!" ? The Lovely Locks kingdom could have probably done with some adult supervision or at least one girl with enough sense to not put vermin in their hair as decoration.
You all missed out! Lady Lovelylocks came with this detachable pink weave. It was awesome!!
I grew up in the 80's and would pretend to be sick just to stay home long enough to watch Beverly Hills Teens, that show was my sh*t!
I don't remember the toy or the show, but it looks like something else that would've given me a complex for being brunette.

Omg, this show was my jam. I loved this show so much that my grandmother sent in my picture for a customized "Lady Lovelylocks" adventure VHS. My pre-K school picture was in a balloon in the cartoon, and I was doing recon for LL (I think I told her where Maiden Fairhair and Curlycrown were). Anyway, thanks for helping me ward off dimentia with blasts from the past.
