The first time I watched it I HATED IT. The characters are very unlikable, very conceited, selfish, immature, and even stupid. Then it hit me, these girls are me when I was 18. Young and selfish thinking I knew everything. To me it's a very interesting perspective on the new generation of girls. It is easy to write them off as a lost cause but if you think about it we were all there once, trying to figure out who we are and what we see is right and wrong. It's a little crude but pretty funny sometimes. It's kinda like making fun of sex in the city by trying to emulate it but crashing horribly with the reality of life. Example, the main character is a writer but she is dead broke, and the sex scenes are very unsexy. I really like it, maybe I'm reading too much into it but I enjoy it immensely.

pushy -- hey, babe! Oh, yeah, Dean was hot stuff, but I still would have chosen Frank over Dean; Frank was my number one guy, I've always been in love with him. This is funny: when I was like 2-3 years old, my favorite show was "The Dean Martin Show" -- I was glued to the TV when Dean was on! I liked that music even then, and I still do now.
