bambam - sauteè shrimp in a little butter with a couple garlic gloves pressed. Flash steam some broccoli heads, carrot slices and whatever other veggies you may want in it and add to the sauteè pan to flavor. Crack 1 egg and whisk through until cooked. Serve over cooked and scraped spaghetti squash, or your favorite pasta. Season with black pepper, or if you like spice, crushed red pepper flakes.

Mmmm, I like this! It sounds quick and easy, a what's in the refrigerator recipe. I'd go heavy with de garlic cuz I lurves me some garlic. Maybe a splash of lemon juice too. I'm gonna do this later this week for sure. Gotta run before it get's too dark and the stores close. Thanks!

I bought something called harissa sauce, it's like a deep, thick, hot and spicy tomato paste. I think it would be great with sauteed shrimp but later for that, whatcha got?

I only commented on your post by saying how stunned I was and how that's another reason why I wouldn't have a FB page. Please don't try to make it sound like I'm backing your play by asking, because I never did. It's pretty clear that while you weren't involved, you really wish you were so you could be in the know. SFRB is quite obviously still pissed off about whatever went on so why don't you respect that? You don't have to but I'm telling you not to use my name as justification to do it.
