The Chinese Batman was obviously otherwise occupied and the police couldn't be bothered, and just when it was looking like the terror would never end, a hot bitch in an even hotter outfit handled it. She distracted the lady with a bunch of money and then disarmed her by kicking the scissors out of her hand.
