Hot Slut Of The Day!

The Boston sign language interpreter  who is serious, means business and isn't here to entertain you with her dazzling jazz hands or magical arm waves (I'm talking to you, John Maucere and Lydia Calas).

Soon, a lot of you in the East Coast will be able to sculpt a 9 foot tall peen out of snow and you'll see Lindsay Lohan trying to catch extra chunky drops of white powder with her nostrils. THE SNOW STORM OF THE CENTURY is hitting the East Coast tonight, and last night the governor of Massachusetts Deval Patrick and other officials held a press conference. The press conference was supposed to let residents to know what to do (stock up on weed, pork rinds, lube and beer, and download as much porn as possible), but it turned out to be a showcase for a sign language star. Dlisted reader Robski sent this jewel in and he put it better than I ever could:

I'm a Boston resident and as Blizzard 2013 approaches people are going crazy for milk and bread the supermarkets are packed, I noticed this on my way to Kappy's to stock up on vodka. I was watching TV just now and thought of you and Dlisted so I got this short clip. There is so much YES happening here. Boston does not mess around and when it comes to sign language interpreters apparently we mean business as well. There are no happy smiling jazz hand antics here, this is a woman ready to deliver a message to a people then get back to the A Street Tavern to close the place out. But I think we all know who the real star of this clip is, perhaps she is warm, perhaps she is signing for Kunty Karl's safety, perhaps she is just fierce

And get into her fan hands. She looks like my abuelita checking to see if the tortillas on the stove are hot or not:

via CBS Boston (also thanks to John for sending this in)

I saw this live last night & grabbed my phone to tape it & sent to EVERYONE but it was not b/c of the signer. It was Fanny. She fucking stole the show.

Ha, ha, love this video. Moved to the Boston-area almost 15 years ago and I continue to be entertained by the locals.

And this storm is some serious shit - 24 hours in and the snow is still coming down. Stay warm and safe New Englanders.

Ahhhh, I almost sent this in too, but mostly for the fan lady in the back. I didn't even pay much attention to sign language lady because fan lady was so riveting. Why do they always have people standing behind them at these press things anyway??????!

Parablesower's picture

This is probably rude to say, but in the main pic, she reminds me of Gargamel.

These sign language interpreters are SO stealing the limelight, what is going on with these hot sluts!!?

"Soon, a lot of you in the East Coast will be able to sculpt a 9 foot tall peen out of snow" -- you say that with a little too much relish MK!!! grrr lol

Would have been a much more effective news conference if everyone, excluding sign language lady, all fanned themselves in synchronization. With feathers.

Holy fucking shit, I just choked on my coffee. I grew up in a Massachusetts coastal town south of Boston and this woman is a prototype of what you see at local bars complete with Red Sox hat and Patriots sweatshirt.

True story:

As I mentioned, I grew up in Medfield, MA and currently live in Boston (SOUTHIE). I work in Boston proper and I take the bus every day. There's a woman who used to be on my bus who could be this chick's sister. She works with the Red Sox in some capacity, so when they won the WS in 2004, she would wear, no shit, the WS Championship ring the team gave her. On the bus, like jewelry. After they won in 2007, she wore that one on the adjoining finger. Both rings on the same hand. Do you know how big those fuckers are? She looked ridiculous with those things on. Not to mention they are worth about 10K per ring. She was just ASKING to get jacked.

I'm in Boston. I had to head in to work this morning but I'm now home, on my couch, under a comforter working, with my computer and my cat on my lap. And my hot chocolate and Bailey's which I just realized I need a refill of.

Its getting gross out but the worst of it is coming tonight. It's gonna be like the Day After Tomorrow up in this bitch.

From the Boston Herald comment section on the storm:

Question: "Does being out of beer constitute my car being an "emergency vehicle?"

Answer: "YES...Absolutely!"

I like her. I wouldn't judge her too harshly. She's prolly going off script and telling the deaf viewers: "Shit's getting real. Get your drinks, pronto.!"

I saw this on the news and never, ever thought MK would hear about it. I really wish our Secretary of Public Safety and/or her fan would have been HSOTD.
Driving is banned in Boston and the whole state as of 4pm.

In Connecticut, thankfully home today (but poor husband scheduled to work all weekend). We live on a street with the smallest of inclines leading past our house. I hear what sounds like a loud snowmobile approaching from a few houses away. Thinking it's a few ballsy kids out having fun, I run to the window to look. Instead, it's a poor schmuck in a rear-wheel drive car driving practically sideways as he attempts to continue moving forward. Forget my book, I think I'll get more entertainment watching this unfold.

In Atlanta yesterday the weather people were all atwitter about the fact that it was 40 degrees and raining....that's how winter is treated here.

I was in NYC for Christmas 2010 and that was when Central Park got 23" of snow in one night. The streets were clear by 10am. Got back to ATL and the next week we had our BLIZZARD of 4" and the city was shut down for a week (how can anything get fucked with only 4"...LOL.)

Meanwhile, in north GA, it's sunny and 53 degrees this morning. Good thing too, because if we got 3+ feet of snow, everyone would die, apocalypse style. People down here do not know how to cope with winter weather, plus there are no snowplows for hundreds of miles in any direction.

You better watch her and pay attention, or she'll give you a different kind of sign language

It wasn't not funny that MK didn't make old girl in the back with the menapause fan HSOTD! She and her hot flash waving is taking me higher than I can explain. The injustice of it all!

Was going to send it too, just knew itd end up here.

I'm in MA too and I made damned sure to stock up on booze and herb this week, just the necessities. Of course this morning I realized I needed food so I ran out to the supermarket which looked like a sci fi film about the end of the world. And some old woman who looked like the hag from Drag Me To Hell sideswiped me to get in the register line before me. I mean, I was putting my shit down and everything.

As for that sign language abuelita, she looks just like my mother in law and I wish there was a desktop app so she could interpret in the corner of my screen every website I visit.

But the first thing I did that morning was run to the liquor store - at like 6:30 in the morning. I'll never forget how busy that liquor store was so early in the morning.
^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^

Problem: Our booze stores don't open til 11:00.

For all you slutz in the Northeast, hunker down and ride the storm out. One thing - make sure you have plenty of booze.

We had a storm like this in CO about six years ago - we got nailed with about 3 feet of snow within about a day and a half. It was messed up! But the first thing I did that morning was run to the liquor store - at like 6:30 in the morning. I'll never forget how busy that liquor store was so early in the morning.

We need another storm like that here - it's so dry! :( So just remember - all of this snow is a pain in the ass, but it makes your grass nice and green in the spring, it makes your trees lovely, and you won't have to ever deal with water restrictions like we have to here.

oooooh, deval talking about "his friends" (*cough*) skiing down mass ave is not telling the WHOLE truth -that when we skied, snowshoed, walked or sledded up the major aves, highways and rtes to the supermarkets -we did so on top of the bumper to bumper stranded cars (it was the only way, the drifts on the sides were 10 ft or higher) ... and that, my friends, was one of the biggest financial casualties in the clean up aftermath.

Yeah, we didn't get out of school that year until the end of June. Luckily we lived in a city where you walked everywhere anyway because our street wasn't cleared for about 10 days after the storm was over and the storm itself lasted days. There was also a fire around the corner from our house during the blizzard and we had to use our hands to help dig out the fire hydrants. The whole storm and it's aftermath were very surreal. I don't think people would have the patience nowadays to wait that long to be able to drive their cars.

Took off work today, went to the supermarket at 7 this morning thinking it wold be empty, but that was a major fail because so did everyone else!! But I do love my Jersey winters.

OMG, thanks for sharing this! I spent my first 25 years in Everett, MA, which borders Boston and I will be moving back up there in the fall after being away for 23 years. We don't fuck around up there with pretty people and their fancy hands. I was in junior high when the Blizzard of 78 happened. We actually had three weeks off from school, two for the storm and our regular February week off right after. It was great! I do know one thing, I won't be watching CBS Channel 7 News. Their set looks more like something out of Entertainment Tonight than a newsroom. It makes me dizzy!

I'm thinking because I actually prepared for this storm that we might be okay here in NYC. I hope :(

ahhhhh, the blizzard of '78 ... (*gets into time machine*)
interesting yet gruesome fact:
during that storm (and a few ensuing days after) the old folks that died in the nursinghomes had to be buried into snowbanks/drifts outside the buildings because the power was out for so long and none had generators and the only transport going on was the national guard tanks for emergency personnel only.

I hope this storm isn't going to hammer NE Ohio. That sign language lady is about her business. She's just making sure the deaf people know this is a snowmageddon. Although, because they aren't blind, you'd think they'd be able to open their window and see 10 feet of snow and know to stay in.
