Britney Spears needs a lawyer. TMZ reports that Trope and Trope filed papers today withdrawing themselves as Brit's lawyer in her custody battle with KFed. This isn't the first time Brit's been fired by her lawyers. Laura Wasser also quit the case last year.

 

In court papers Trope and Trope said, "there has been a breakdown in communications between [Britney] and Trope and Trope making further representation of her interests impossible." Breakdown in communication? Trope and Trope didn't know who they were dealing with. They could probably have gotten more information out of one of JJ's used up diapers than out of Brit.

 

TMZ sources said Brit refused to listen to her lawyers' legal advice. Brit knows best ya'll! She watches Judge Judy! She knows how the law works.

 

Brit was also due to be deposed this week. Let's hope the judge makes her ass do it without an attorney, videotapes it and airs on TV. That would be comedy gold. She should really call Jacob & Meyers . I wasn't joking. They would totally take her ass.

 

UPDATE: TMZ also reports that Brit's depo was scheduled today and she didn't show up AGAIN. Sources tell TMZ this was one of the reasons why her lawyers fired her, but just one of the reasons. This is like the millionth time Brit has not shown up to be deposed. She's probably going to say she had the runs. Excuses...excuses...

This shit makes me sad! SandraRose claims there's a video going around of Vivica Fox giving some dude head. Come on now! The dude apparently recorded it with his video phone while a drunk Vivie was polishing his candlestick. The dude then emailed the tape around and it eventually got back to Vivie who sent it to a friend at the Atlanta police department. It's not known whether she filed a complaint, but the tape apparently got out.

 

Homegirl must've been tanked if she didn't notice some dude holding a celly at her face! She was probably pulling a Norma Desmond and thought it was the old days when she was still a movie star and when the dude said "smile at the camera" Vivica thought it was some big director. She then said "I'm ready for my cumshot Mr. DeMille. " I can see her being delusional like that. Poor Vivie! 

 

While she was down there, the dude should've at least done her a favor and fixed that hairline!

Thank you to Kumari's boyfriend, because without him we wouldn't have gotten this amazing mug shot of 25-year-old Kumari. This mug shot has everything you could ever want. It looks like she's crying from being scared, but I bet you bitch is having major withdrawals. The meth marks on her face are a lovely touch.

 

I'm also guessing she was topless and they threw a sheet over her. This mug shot is all sorts of great. Whatever she uses as her official pageant photo she should throw away and replace with this mug shot. This shit is true glamour.

 

 

 

 

Brad Pitt and Pax went for a ride in some 4X4 thing around the lower 9th Ward of New Orleans on New Year's Eve day. Pax is polite, but he really should slap the hell out of Brad! He should tell him to go buy him some damn sunglasses, because the wind is ruining his delicate retinas! Rude.
