Akon Claims His Innocence

Police have identified the boy Akon tossed off a stage at one of his concerts this weekend as a 15 year old boy. His mother came foward and went to the police.

An attorney for Akon released a statement saying his client did nothing wrong.

"Given the information that we have reviewed to date, it does not appear to us that Akon was involved in any criminal conduct whatsoever," the statement said. "We are prepared to fully cooperate with any law enforcement agency that may be investigating this incident. We are confident that after a thorough investigation it will be apparent that no criminal prosecution of Akon is warranted."

Of course he did something wrong, he threw a kid. That's assault! Apparently as a result of his actions the kid he also injured a woman and she's come foward. She got an attorney talked to the police department about the incident. She claims she suffered a concussion.

 Who does he think he is, OJ? He just can't get away with shit.
