Throw The Book At Her!

 

Nicole Richie's trial date has been moved to July 11th. This means the trial could start then or within the following 10 days. She already pleaded "not guilty" to driving under the influence after she was arrested on suspicion of DUI when she was caught driving on the wrong side of the highway. She admitted to have smoked some pot and taken a little Vicodin.

 

Homegirl has one DUI conviction from 2003. According to CA law if a bitch is convicted twice for DUI within 10 years they can get up to 90 days and 1 year in the slammer.

 

I say throw the book at her ass! Actually, don't do that because the force of a small paperback could probably kill her ass. I can't have her death on my conscience. Ok, throw the post-it at her!
