Who Has The Hottest Mugshot?

 
I know it's mean, but I couldn't help it! We're only missing Britney Spears to complete the class of 2007!
 
Personally, Nicole Richie wins hands down. Paris has make-up on and probably had it photoshopped and Lindsay's hurts my heart just a teensy winsy bit!
