Ellen Barkin walked away with $40 Million in her divorce from Billionaire Ron Perelman. Bitch wants more! She filed a new lawsuit asking for an additional $3.4 Million.

 

Ellen claims that Ron promised her that dough in 2005 when he became a partner in the production company she shares with her brother.

 

In addition to the $40 Million, Ellen also made around $21 Million by auctioning all the jewelry Ron bought her during their 6-year marriage.

 

Her lawyer told Page Six , "This lawsuit has nothing to do with Ellen's acting career or her divorce from Ron. It's strictly a business matter. At the moment, she couldn't be happier. She just came off of one of the biggest movies of the summer."
