Something Smells Like Shit!

 

Billy Ray Cyrus' neighbors are pissed (and pooed)  that he won't pick up his dog shit! Ever since Billy moved into his multi-million dollar home in Toluca Lake, CA he's let his dogs do their doody all over the neighbor's yards and he doesn't pick it up.

 

Billy gave this comment to TMZ , "The more you stomp in shit, the more it stinks."

 

That hillbilly! Just pick up your dog caca. I've even picked up my dog's caca with my own BARE hands! True story, so don't shake my hand if you meet me. It was on the street, there wasn't a bag anywhere and I didn't want to leave it there. Yes, it was nasty, but at least I care enough!
