After Britney Spears spent 30-seconds on the red carpet at the opening of LAX Las Vegas last night, she made her way to the VIP area where witnesses told 24/Sizzler that she was "canoodling" with Criss Angel most of the night. She also spent time with 3 of her girlfriends sipping Mimosas. No more Sea Breezes, eh?

 

Brit also sported a diamond ring on her engagement finger. Diamond ring? More like CZ.
