This Minnesota dude was arrested after he stole a purse and cell phone from a woman on the streets of St. Paul early Saturday morning. After he snatched her shit he said to her, "Now I'm going to suck your feet."

 

The woman took off her shoes and Wonk went to town on that jam. After he licked 'em up, he took off.  A person walking by alerted police and they caught him only a few blocks away.

 

I'm assuming he was holding a gun to her ass forcing her to surrender her toes to his tongue, if not she's as wonky as he is!

 

I bet you Carlton was really licking the sidewalk and not her toes. His shit is so wonked up that how could he possibly make his eyes focus on her toes. 

 

How many times do you think the cop that took his mugshot said "Look at me! Straight ahead! Over here!" Yeah, at least a dozen.
