Kiefer Sutherland was officially charged with two misdemeanor counts of DUI.  This is  Kiefer's like fourth DUI or some shit. He was already on probation for a DUI back in 2004.

 

If convicted Kief could get up to 1 year in jail and a $1,000 fine plus 6 extra months in the slammer if a judge feels he violated his probation. Kief is being represented by Lindsay Lohan's lawyer, Blair Berk. This means he won't serve a day!

 

His arraignment is set for Oct. 16.

 

4 DUIs only get you a year in jail?! He won't see a minute in the clink. Ok maybe 1 minute, but it's 1 minute max!
