It's Lindsay Lohan and she's not wearing black and she's not wearing leggings. Unfortunately that color doesn't change the fact that she looks like a 40-year-old retired stripper with a maxed out Mervyn's charge card and a 2 pack-a-day smoking habit. Rock of Love here she comes!
