Anne Kiley Needs To Check Her Facts

 
KFed's attorney, Mark Vincent Kaplan, was in court this morning asking a judge to change Brit Brit's visitations, because he claims she violated her random drug testing. Brit missed 8 out of 14 random drug requests reports People . This counts as 8 fails. She is required to be tested twice a week. She is also required to give a urine sample within 6 hours of being called.
 
Mark said, "Mr. Federline doesn't want to take these children out of their mother's life, but what are we to do?"
 
Brit's attorney, Anne Kiley, said that just because she isn't responding to the drug tests doesn't mean she's using. Anne said that Brit is constantly
changing her cell phone number, so it sometimes makes her unreachable. She said she's always changing her number, because her cell number falls into the wrong hands sometimes.
 
Anne also said that they sometimes call her too early to drug test. The judge didn't think that was an extreme request and Anne fired back, "But you're not a pop star with a No. 1 album to promote."
 
Um...neither is Britney! She doesn't have a No. 1 album and she isn't promoting shit! Unless the bitch is secretly working for Starbucks and promoting their products.
 
Everyone is meeting right now to put together a new plan for testing.
I think Anne Kiley and Brit smoke up Jenkem and eat Aqua Dots together.
