Which One's The Woman?

 
 
Breath of Fresh Ink has pictures from Xtina's carnival-themed baby shower this past weekend. Gwen Stefani and Gavin Rossdale attended the bash along with a few drag queens. The drag queens were probably brought into make Xtina look like a bio-woman.
