Rush & Molloy reports that Lindsay Lohan is back to drinking, but only here and there. Linds was allegedly seen having a few vodka cocktails at the Beatrice Inn last Friday. A friend says that she hasn't fallen off the wagon, she's just learning how to work through her addictions. Yeah, learning how to work through anything is always better with a couple of drinks!

The friend said, "People overexaggerate her behavior when in fact on Friday night, many people commented to her on how composed she was."

Another source claims Lindsay was acting like a real bitch the other night in NYC, screaming at paparazzi. She didn't want them taking any shots of her with Brody Jenner. Her rep denies it all and says she wasn't fighting and that she's not dating Brody.

Drinking, slutting and fighting? It's like the old Lohan never left. It's so lovely to have her back.
