You know, her new sad clown baby. Don't worry, she's not a neglectful mother. Joel Madden told UsWeekly they weren't staying out long, "She [Harlow] only sleeps three hours at a time. She's with Grandma now, but if she wakes up..." Yeah if she wakes up there will be hell to pay! Sad clown baby does not like being alone!
