Alicia Silverstone Can't Handle The Brit

Alicia Silverstone was supposed to play a dermatologist on several episodes of "How I Met Your Mother." Pink is the New Blog reports that Alicia has pulled out at the last minute, because she doesn't want to be overshadowed by Brit Brit Spears. Brit is supposed to play Alicia's assistant on one episode.

The character Alicia was supposed to play has been scaled down to just one episode and will now be played by Sarah Chalke from "Scrubs." The Ausiello Scoop reports that Sarah's schedule only allowed her to do one episode.

Alicia, you're a virgin who can't drive. She probably just didn't want to take the extra time to learn Brit's British gibberish.

Wait...Brit's playing a dermatologist's assistant? I think homegirl needs to research the role by visiting a dermatologist STAT. If not for her art then for her skin.
