Rush & Molloy has a little item this morning about Beyonce retiring from performing after her next album. Her cousin, Angelica Knowles, said Beyonce will spend the rest of her days scouting talent for Jay-Z's label, The Cartier Music Group. Beyonce has already discovered some chick named Chelsea Thomas.
