Nick Hogan Gets 8 Months In County Jail
Nick Bollea aka Nick Hogan was sentenced to 8 months in county jail starting immediately. 17-year-old Nick pleaded "no contest" on charges of felony reckless driving. The charges stem from a car crash last August which left his passenger and friend, John Graziano, with serious brain injuries. Nick was racing another car at speeds up to 100mph when his car hit a palm tree. A few hours later, booze was found in his bloodstream.
John will most likely spend the rest of his life in a nursing home.
The judge also suspended his drivers license for 3 years. He was also given 5 years probation, 500 hours of community service and he cannot drink during his probation. He will have to complete a booze education program within the year.
The judge heard statements from the Graziano family as well as the Bollea family. Brooke's stupid ass got up there looking like a call girl on her lunch break, crying about how "this is why she hates being a celebrity." It's all about her!
Before being sentenced, Nick told the judge, "I'll never, ever be able to tell John 'sorry' enough times to make up for what happened on Aug. 26. I loved John to death. He was like my oldest brother and my best friend. I'm ready to take my punishment."
I hope he's ready to take big cock too, because that's what he's going to have to do in jail. If you ask me, this dumb whore got off easy.

LA- you'd have to be a spoiled moron to be drunk AND driving over 100 in the first place. take that and add the fact that he did it multiple times, and it's hard to believe the kid has any sense. maybe this will knock some sense into him, but it would be more fair if he got at least a couple years in prison. it would also be good if he did some work himself to pay back the family of his friend (not just his parents).

I live & work in an area that's heavily populated by persons of color. Any one of them would've gotten 8 to 10 for a first-time, plus probation, etc. They would've been strung up by the local media, also, as would their parents.

That is fucked. How is 8 months in county equitable justice for destroying a young man's ability to live life to his fullest? I don't understand.
The Graziano family should sue for all the medical cost that have and will incur for that young man's care for the rest of his life.
EDIT: I was unaware they are suing. I hope the court awards the Graziano family everything they ask for.

I think the judge took into account he admitted his wrong doing, didn't fight the charges, and took responsibility for his action. I am sorry about his friend but I think the sentence is fair. Nick can't drive for 3 years and plus he is on probation for 5 years of his life.

Our justice system really makes it easy to f--- up another person's life. As long as you have a dumb willing participant in your car...and believe me that other kid was dumb to get into any hulk hogan offsprings car.....you can mess them up and get away with it. Lesson learned the hard way.
