Just Renting
Over the weekend it was reported that Brangie had spent some of their hard-earned cash on a $60-$70 million mega estate in the South of France. They didn't buy the joint. They are only renting it. Broke fucks! They probably got their furniture from Rent-A-Center. Brangie should put those kids to work for some extra cash and maybe they can buy the place.
People reports that they signed a 3-year lease on the property. The 880-acre estate features 35-bedrooms and a bunch of other shit they don't need. I feel sorry for the damn super! Poor bitch is going to be fixing toilets and sinks day and night.
The place is almost big enough for all their kids. Almost. Some of them will still have to share rooms. Below is a picture in case you forgot what it looked like.

Just dropping in to this thread to say this - They do a lot more good for others than most celebs, she's gorgeous, usually a good actress, and he's an under-rated actor; he's actually very good. I think the total hating on them both came with the whole Aniston thing, but that was years ago.
I love her in silly action films like 'Mr. and Mrs. Smith.' And, having been left by a husband for another woman myself, it takes two to make a marriage. I'll never buy the whole 'Aniston got wronged' bullshit. No one can steal your man if you really have a good marriage in the first place.
I'm no "Brangeloonie", and I don't see any reason to fight with total strangers over the internet about something that won't change my opinion (of them, or anyone who hates on them).
That being said, she looks great in green. Still too fucking skinny though.

Just because they may be renting does not mean they are moving to France. Not a great example but Britney Spears has been renting one of her houses for years. It also could be a timeshare situation. They may be renting only certain months of the year. The tabs may have it wrong again and they are only renting for 3 months, not 3 years. It's very likely that this is another false story and they have nothing to do with this estate. It still amazes me how worked up people get over tabloids and rumors. Most of the time it's wrong or exaggerated.

I was guessing rent might be $600k a month, or $7.2m annually. Any more than that and it doesn't make sense to rent. However, France might have prohibitive restrictions on the right of foreigners to buy that don't make it worth the hassle.
You can rent a Malibu beach house--worth $6m--for $50k a month, in summer. Granted it can't be compared to a countryside estate, but I doubt the estate is out of line with that sort of rent figure.
