Naomi Campbell wasn't the only foolio to wear genie/MC Hammer pants to the CFDA Awards last night. Maggie GyllenHAG did too and the results have given me a headache. She looks like Rhoda and Hammer's bastard child.

You are indeed right, in all respects. I have read quite a bit about Maggie's background - which is definitely reflected in her acting. I suppose my point was that although she appears to be a mess in a fashion sense, I could admire her renegade fashion ways, if I hadn't read a number of interviews in which she was just downright condescending and rude. I realize, though, that one thing has nothing do with the other. Oh, my brain. Having written that, I loved her in "Sherrybaby" - I thought her performance was amazing.

This girl is often photographed at premieres wearing something that appears to be a Mandee reject with greasy hair in a pony tail and no makeup, with her usual droopy lumpy look and posture. I wouldn't mind so much, because not being a celeb whore could be refreshing, but she's so elitist and condescending in inteviews, that I just want to smack her.

Ashley's outfit and hairstyle is nicely done but it's just not the right look for a petite girl. She somehow looks even tinier than usual (and I say this as someone who barely reaches 5'2"). Like the understated make-up.
Maggie Gyllenhaal is unfortunate looking and this is why I'm sometimes mystified by everyone's virulent, relentless mocking of Rumer Willis when Maggie's looks aren't much better (yes, granted, Maggie actually has a career but Rumer's still just a kid).
