Agreed. High-waisted pants and skirts can look great on thin women that aren't very curvy (some curvy chicks can do it too but many look they've been cinched in the waist by the girdle of death). On men they are never, ever, ever, EVER ok.

I will admit that Brooke now looks better now that her hair isn't so white like both her parents. I didn't realize that she's so tall; she's 5'10".
