DMX was arrested again. Maybe he's just not satisfied with his mug shot, so he keeps trying to get it right. He was busted at a mall in Phoenix yesterday for allegedly giving a fake name and Social Security number to a hospital in order to get out of paying medical bills. This is his 6th arrest in almost 3 months.
DMX, real name Earl Simmons, used the name "Troy Jones" and didn't pay a $7,500 bill. Well, he couldn't pay it because he's too busy getting arrested! Give a bitch a chance. And how the hell did the billing bitch not notice DMX from all his mug shots. I would've said, "Hey D! I'm a big fan of your work and by 'work,' I mean all your mug shots!"
He was arrested and booked. Bond has not been set.
The sheriff of Maricopa County said, "He's back in jail again. I don't know why judges keep letting this guy out. Every time he goes in there, he gets out on bond. I'm hoping this is the one time he's going to pay the penalty for his offense"

DMX has ALWAYS been mentally ill. He was a recovered crack addict back when he hit it big in late 90's but then once she started to fall off in the early 2000's he went back to the pipe and the rock. Its really sad to keep seeing him in and out of the system like this, lets rehabilitate these people so they can function and act right in everyday life. It was funny the first couple of times but now its just down right sad.
And as for not wanting to pa hospital bills, let me tell you that my bff works as a er doctor and he said 90% of people on MEDICARE getting FREE hospital care with NO co-payment are 'Africian American' folks who drive up to the er in brand new $100,000 Benz's, 7 series, Escalades, M series the whole 9. I am so sick of people trying to scam the system, if you are that good of a drug dealer to be able to afford the $1,000 a month Range Rover Sport payment then bloody hell pay for your fuckin 6 stitches.

Here is why: We supposedly are a superpower and all that other crap. Meanwhile poor people gotta give fake names to avoid ridiculously expensive medical bills. Old people and others going to Canada or Mexico for their prescriptions. Insurance rates are high as fuck if you take into consideration other monthly expenses. So yeah I think it's bullshit arresting anyone for faking it at the hospital. One illness can bankrupt you for a very long time nowadays. Instead of paying for dumb fuck wars that aren't necessary maybe our Einstein president should establish universal health care. We're already taxed up the ass so why not actually use the money to better our country by taking care of our citizens health. And what kind of Law & Order CSI shit is this that people are now being arrested at malls over hospital bills? Is the police department so fucking bored there isn't someone getting raped or murdered nearby

angry mom: I'm assuming the doctors perform the "procedure" and bill it to the insurance company as something else. Like they would do a dermabrasion and say they were removing a cancerous lesion or something.
There is a LOT of insurance fraud going on. It's rampant with Medicare, but doctors do it with the insurance companies, too.
I think people figure if they are paying $900 a month on health insurance, they're going to get every penny's worth they can.

Meanwhile, people with breast cancer and brain tumors are denied coverage.

oh HEY, I do have one last crumb on this: If you think rising premiums are all because of genius crackheads like the one above, think again -- and talk to an insurance biller. All that hard-earned cash you fork over in premiums will pay for the adjustors whose raises and very job depends on finding every possible way, legal or barely legal, to DENY your claims. Just google the stories on Blue Cross among others just now getting caught after YEARS of denying outrageous numbers of legitimate claims, many people dying before they even approved services, let alone paid for it. It's all a sick scam.
We should have a public/everybody-pays system if only to make sure EVERYBODY is indeed paying an equal share. Dubya and every GOP fucker in Congress is getting "socialized medicine" right now -- and will for the rest of their parasite lives. That only hurts the honest, working people. Rising health care costs and now, where I live, even people with insurance are now being required to pay up to twenty percent of their estimated bill prior to service. People without insurance are not being given any breaks. Far too many people like DMX. Somebody's gotta pay for it. The responsible people get fukked over. He should be held accountable.
