Batman Busted
Yesterday, Christian Bale's mommy and sissy filed a complaint at the police station in London claiming Christian assaulted them on Sunday. The po-po decided to hold off on questioning him last night, because Christian was at the London premiere of "The Dark Knight." A source told The Sun, “It was a very difficult situation but it would have been wrong to have wrecked the premiere over a complaint which we don’t yet know is founded in truth."
Stupid celebrities and their special treatment! If it was you and it was your wedding day, they would have dragged your ass out of there before you even had time to say "I do." And they would have tasered you in front of everyone!
TMZ reports that Christian was arrested today and taken in for questioning.
Holy mom beater, Batman! Yeah, I know, I know. I'm sure you can come up with something better. Have at it!
Did you know Christian's stepmommy is Gloria Steinem? So it would be pretty fucking ironic if he turned out to be some sort of woman beater.

I totally agree. Assault is SO broad. And nobody knows what kind of relationship he has with them. Maybe they've never gotten along and are now using his success to get money out of him.

I agree he could be frustrated over all the Heath attention, but the last Batman movie, he had to deal with the whole Tomkat drama, so he could be dealing with "Not again!" people in abusive relationships have been known to act in ways contrary to their own personal well-being. not saying this is the situation here at all, but often the same person who's getting beat and humiliated on a regular basis will be the first to defend their abuser or tel their family/friends/colleagues "s/he's not really that bad/like that all the time" etc until they get enough courage to leave or get killed by their abuser.

Kizzy, I think that is his wife not his sister.
As for Mr. Bale, I am sure he is a bit frustrated (and by that am not saying he should use his mom or sister as a punching bag), there is not one interview in which they talk about his acting in Dark Knight, his anything in DK, etc. It is all about the Heath. Actors have huge egos, I am sure he is not above the "what about me?" frustration of it all.

FatMartha, It was stupid of him to attack me in the kitchen while I was holding a heavy pot and had several weapons at my disposal. So, so glad I didn't procreate with his dumbass.
Well, now I feel comfortable saying I don't think he's hot and I hate his voice. I know a lot of gals (and guys) drool for him but I don't get it. BUT I did admire him for staying out of the drama.

Years ago (actually decades) my fiance decided to hit me to prove his manliness I guess. He ended with with a shattered jaw and crushed nuts. I hit him both places with the cast iron pot I was holding. I called everything off after that.
I cried self defense to the cops, they believed me although my fiance was severely battered and I was fine. I guess God was looking out for me.

I agree with MK about celebrities always getting special treatmeant when it comes to legal issues. Even if you were at the hospital at the time when someone filed a complaint against you, the cops would've dragged your ass to jail.
