Surprise, Surprise
The mega dick bag known as Shia LaDouche was arrested on suspicion of felony DUI this morning in Hollywood. This wasn't just your regular DUI either. This dumb douche could have killed someone.
According to TMZ, Shia made an illegal left turn in front of a car at the intersection of La Brea and Fountain. This caused the other car to hit Shia at which point his car rolled. Or as Brit Brit would say "roled." Apparently, Shia was clearly drunk at the scene.
The victim and Shia were both taken to the hospital. Shia seriously injured his hand and will need surgery. Hopefully, he didn't fuck up his jack off hand. Actually, it doesn't matter. He's not going to need his jack off hand in jail.
Shia's passenger suffered a minor head injury. The victim is currently being treated for minor injuries as well. Right now, the police are deciding whether or not to book him on felony DUI or misdemeanor DUI. Either way, he should be charged with being a first class FUCKTARD.
Shia was arrested last year for being a drunken mess at a Walgreen's in Chicago. So Shia getting a DUI isn't much of a surprise.
The thing is, I am trying to like Shia, but he's letting the gene known as "doucheness" take over.
UPDATE: Shia is one lucky douche. TMZ reports that he won't be charged with felony DUI, but he will be charged with misdemeanor DUI. He's currently in surgery having his left hand fixed. His female passenger and the male victim had minor injuries including bruises and shit.

Michael Bay will have to find another "actor" to replace him on Transformers 2. Hope that doesn't compromise the artistic integrity of the film. Maybe he can fill in Shia's screen time with another 50 explosions, I don't think anyone will notice.

@EvilShoe: His accident was totally messed up. It was my friend, his aunt, uncle, and cousin going home from an early holiday. His uncle pulled onto the shoulder to switch drivers with his wife but before she could get out of the car a truck rearended them so hard he actually drove OVER the top of their car. The uncle and the driver of the truck (of course) were the only 2 who survived. Like I mentioned early, the asshole tried to get back in his truck and drive off, but the uncle beat him and then kept him from leaving. There's actually quite a few articles on the accident; just look up John Oldigs, Jr. (that was my friend). Shia is a douce now, and I've lost a lot of respect for him because of this.

SO MANY offenders are REPEAT offenders, and there are countless others who just haven't been caught yet, even though they do it all the time. Obviously our legal system is NOT a deterrent.

Whenever stuff like this happens it always makes think about how much covering up went on back in the old Hollywood studio days. You just know everyone was drunk, crazy, and killing people right and left, and they just cover it all up.

My daughter and I almost got killed by a drunk driver who 'borrowed' his friend's truck and the jerk was driving without a license because it was revoked after 2 OTHER drunken driving incidences. He rammed into us full-speed at 55 mph behind us while we were at a stop-light. We had our seat-belts on and that is the ONLY thing that saved our lives. Our car was crunched into the truck in front of us like a tin can. I had whiplash but otherwise my daughter and I walked away from that mess pretty much OK.
This kind of shit just gets my dander riled up. Call a cab or stay at home and drink, you fucking idiots.
His license should be stamped with a giant red "FUCKTARD." I wish that really existed; I know so many people to whom it applies.
Too bad this young actor is throwing away his amazing opportunity that many would gleefully make the most of.

I'm so sorry to hear that. My best friend died from one when I was 15, he was 16. They hit him while he was riding his bike, and kept going. Witnesses say they were definitely drunk, and they never caught them. Its one of only a few unsolved cases for Largo Police Dept.
I was the last one to speak to him, I told him to go where he was going when he got hit.
