Tommy Girl has no reason to smile. The dumb bitch has just been named in a $250 million lawsuit against Scientology. The lawsuit was filed by an ex-Scientologist that goes by the name of Peter Letterese. Peter filed using the RICO statue. You know what RICO is if you saw "The Dark Knight." Everything I know, I learned from "The Dark Knight." Petey claims the aliens harassed his ass after he left their clan.
Rush & Molloy has the smart people details:
In court papers provided to The News by investigator Paul Barresi, Letterese claims a member of the church phoned his lawyer at home, and when the lawyer's wife answered, said he was her husband's homosexual lover.Barresi, who has done investigative work on behalf of Cruise, tells us: "[Letterese] is just including a celebrity name to get attention." Letterese calls the church a "crime syndicate" and wants it broken up under the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organization law, just as the feds have broken up Mafia families.
He singles out Cruise, who's made no secret of his religion, saying that Scientology head David Miscavage is "aided and abetted by the actions of Tom Cruise, his right-hand man for foreign and domestic promotion, as well as for foreign and domestic lobbying. He has assisted the syndicate in acquiring funds and [made] his own donations of money believed to be in the multiple tens of millions of dollars."
One of Letterese's beefs is that the church allegedly uses a business book, "Effective Sales Closing Techniques," as part of its teachings. He says this violates his intellectual property rights, since he bought the rights to the book from the widow of author Leslie Dane.

I watched some show about Cruise's career and there it said that, a little while before the crazy couch jumping incident, he fired his publicist (or someone who used to manage his image, can't remember), who was one of the best at her job, because she didn't think that talking about scientology would be good for his image. And now his sister is the one who does that job for him.
Remember that before that Cruise didn't talk that much about his personal life, himself, his marriage, or his beliefs?
Well, that woman was the one who made him the big star he used to be by advising him to keep him mounth shut!

Anyway, he also sued scientology in 2004 and lost, at the time one of the scientology lawyers, I know surprise, had a website in which scientology did, what it does best, it called him what it does to all of the people that go against it --a child molester and a con man.

While, Scientology is legal, he has a right to his opinion and I did notice he did not come in here and barage anyone, he stated his point and when about his business, so I respect that part. Every alleged religion can claim they had all sorts of obstacles and bullshit to over come, which I am sure this bowl of fruit loops has already fine tuned that argument, they all claim to offer a reward of sorts in exchange for your faith, commitment, etc... This is where by some it can appear to be a religion of sorts, you have everything except the visual bloodshed and all the mythic claims of how a religion was assaulted and survived.

Yep, that is exactly how they get people, they go for the young, the poor -- building schools and giving supplies in other countries (in fact even here after Katrina they wanted to "help"), the drug addicted, the unemployed, the sick, the stressed (those stress tests in NY are a joke), basically the people that are down and out or easy to convince.
