The New York Post reports that Mary-Kate Olsen has refused to talk to the feds about Heath Ledger's death unless they grant her immunity. Someone has been watching Law & Order...
MK's masseuse was one of the first people to find Heath. She immediately called MK. Instead of calling 911, MK sent her bodyguards over to Heath's apartment.
A source said that the feds have already interviewed everyone from Heath's doctors and housekeepers to Michelle Williams. MK is the only one who is refusing to talk to them. The feds want to know where Heath got a hold of OxyContin. All the other drugs found in his system were legally obtained using prescriptions from his doctors. The source said, "Did it come from a dealer, from a friend? If he had a bottle from a friend, was it taken by someone else before police responded? That is what is trying to be determined."
Federal officials might try and get a grand-jury subpoena to get the troll to talk.
You can go to jail for giving someone OxyContin? I mean, that's the only reason MK would ask for immunity, right? She gave Heath OxyContin and she thinks she's too precious for the chokey. She has nothing to be worried about. Celebrities hardly go to jail. Besides, even if she did go to prison, she's small enough to escape through a hole in the wall or squeeze herself through the bars. If that doesn't work, she can get her woodland creature friends to bust her out.

Hmm,, Identical to a Hitchcock I watched a few weeks back, the husb DID do it, thinking the wife was cheating, she was leaving him for that other man. But I think in fact, she had some sort of disease, and she really wanted to leave her husband to live her last few weeks out happy w/ her new love. And even tho her husb decided to tell the truth about murder, No one would back him up, instead leaving him as a crazy person not knowing what to believe. Oh what an excellent epi.

That's the thing, they were all drinking, and arguing, and then didn't talk about what the arguing was about, or how bad it got. By the time Robert reported her missing the next day, he & Chris DID tidy up some things, and had time to tidy up more. Could've been a sheer accident, could've been her hubby or her lover did her in. This was one of those cases where, like you said, the questions that aren't answered linger.

I just Saw Dark night yesterday. He was so incredible in it, reading this insences me! She is a selfish little Sociopath with no sense of right and wrong! No, how she drowned was the fishiest part of the story, sorry for the horrible pun. The yacht was moored of the coast of North Carolina, (where I live) and had a swim skirt, life raft and dinghy. Her wineglass was still there, and she was found in her nightgown and a down feather coat. The gist was, if she'd have wanted to leave, she could've used the dinghy.

For most people, you have to be pretty accustomed to taking pain killers to handle OxyContin (not to be confused with oxycodone).
...pure oxycodone (drug) is OxyContin (brand name). Percocet is oxycodone mixed with acetaminophen (Tylenol). The reason Percocet is harder to abuse for the oxycodone affects is because the amount of acetaminophen you would ingest would tear up your liver first.
Oxycodone is an opiate related to morphine and heroin. That's the reason why the police would want to know who gave him the drug because it's a cotrolled substance and if no one prescribed it to him, it's just like someone gave him heroin. It can cause respiratory depression (you stop breathing and you die). That could be considered murder....and no you cannot assume he may have given himself a medicine, have you never heard of someone being slipped a mickey.

PS: If they gave her immunity but she still refused to testify, she might go to jail to reconsider her refusal only. The fun thing in all this is, if she is forced to testify before a grand jury, her testimony is likely to be leaked at some point.
