Tommy Girl Out, Saint Angelina In
Saint Angelina barely gifted the world with the twin messiahs and she's already going back to work. Angie Jo is expected to replace Tommy Girl as the lead in "Edwin A. Salt." I'm guessing they're going to change the title to "Edwina A. Salt."
Tommy has been linked to the project for a while, but everyone involved probably changed their minds about him when said, "I want my character to have really big hands. HUGE hands. And I want him to dance around. Dancing and huge hands. Glib."
In "Salt," Angie will play "a CIA officer who's accused by a defector of being a Russian sleeper spy and must elude capture long enough to establish her innocence." The movie is currently being rewritten for her.
Let's see, another action movie where Angie raises one eyebrow at least a dozen times, pouts while shooting a gun and does it all in leather pants. Lunesta fest! The studio should just put the movie together using clips from "Wanted," Mr. & Mrs. Smith," "Tomb Raider" and "Gone in Sixty Seconds." Maddox should be the lead in this Salt movie. Not Angie!

I used to have respect for Pitt, until his manwhoring, pathetic, identity sucking ways. But even before that, he just tried too hard to seem "artistic." Like taking all these artsy photo shoots and talking incessantly about architecture to try to be taken "seriously." And then he goes and buys copies of Girls Gone Wild DVDs for all his friends (I read it in a book on raunch culture-random, I know) and buying fugly art to impress the world.. He's not as underground as he tries so hard to be, and he hates that about himself. He was in a frat for chrissakes! If he wanted to be "deep," he should have gotten some balls and just let his roles speak for him instead of being a sperm donor to some crazy goth woman to prove it to the world. So WEIRD. Somebody needs to write a book about this mess...with quotes from George Clooney and Billy Bob, the two who know these two the most. It would be classic!

I was always meh on Pitt. Physically he’s not the type I tend to find hot and I’ve always found him to be a wooden actor. As a person he seems to have no real sense of self. Some website posted a collage and him and his various girlfriends and it was funny to see how he just morphs into whoever he’s sleeping with; he was all grungy rocker with Juliet Lewis, all preppy wasp with Paltrow and all California casual with Aniston. The minute he started in with Jolie it was dyed black hair and Mohawks.
I do think he’s found the perfect mate in Jolie though. She’s just as much a pretentious poser as he is; only her props have changed, back in the day it was Billy Bob and vials of blood, now it’s Pitt, “causes” and kids.
WTF is Tommy Boy wearing?? The glasses are those god-awful 70s glasses that NO ONE looks good in, and he's wearing a freakin' Member's Only jacket. Shoot him.

Ah yes, like it's been said before, Angelina is such a wonderful actress. She makes such great endeavors to bring breadth to her acting roles--like playing sexy spies, and spies... and... spies.
She has done some other shit, yeah, like that "Heart" movie, but sees her in movies like that. She's only bankable as a "siren." So even though it's annoying that she does movies like this so much, they're the only ones that actually do well.
Oh dear god. Another day, another film for skanky. The mystery is, what happens to them all? Even a quick look to laugh at the loonies on JJ seems to reveal that Ange and what’s his face – arm pit? are in a zillion films yet not one seems to ever be at my local cinema. ‘Wanted’ was there or about 30 seconds but the rest, nada. She’s forever being photographed with her skinny bones buckling under the weight of 40 pounds of make up as an assassin or bereaved person- all wearing the same strangled fart face- and aside from the fact that she’s clearly never at home with her Benetton poster children, where do all these films go? How can she be considered box office worthy? Still, as Tommy girl has done it is possible to go too far with annoying the public and maybe my own inability to watch anything with her bone head featured is catching on.
As for Brad I agree with whoever said ‘meh’ He’s always been too bland to register with me and has gone from ‘who?’ to ‘fuck off’ due to his baby purchase holding and sperm donating to, and I think I can say this without fear or of contradiction, the most annoying woman in Hollywood.

I know everyone hates Tommy Girl, but no matter how excessive the media coverage of his crazy is, one thing I have to give him credit for is that I always forget he's Tom Cruise when I watch his films. I mean, this has been going on for years, and I've been begrudgingly taken to see his films, and I'm always amazed how much more of the character I see than anything the press points out. He really is brilliant.
As for her- this is like, the fifth time she's making this movie! But Wanted was good, and she has a good "I'm gonna blow you up" face. I just wish Hollywood didn't have just ONE actress they would throw in our faces in the same role over and over again. It's getting old, and I'm really sick of seeing those twigs in the same black leather pants. God, could an action hero at least have some muscle? Her ass was digitized IN in Wanted!
