i wish the cops in miami were as vigilant! people here drive like animals. since moving here from nyc, i've had to learn how to drive where ppl routinely run red lights, don't know how to use their turning signals, honk .5 seconds after the light turns green... i've even seen a car EXIT the highway using the ON-RAMP.

the reason a 12 year should not drive is because is Ilegal and a lot of acidents are caused by minors who are not supposed to be driving or people whor are not responsable

a few days ago a boy ran a light and hit a car who had 5 person on it 5 of then where kids and one a adult, the mother who acted in a negligent way by not putting her kids on carseats or seatbelt ,is know blaming the minor because 3 or 2 of the kids die when they flew out of the window when the other car hit them , yes the boy has part of the fault but if she had done the righ thing her kids would have been alive today

I see no problem with this. The girl had eyes, hears, arms, and legs. Why can't she drive? It would have been unsafe if the mother had driven, because she was drunk.
