If Brit Brit can lose 12 pounds in 30 days from only eating Cheetos, Frapps, Valium, Diet Shasta and Lexapro then so can I!
Brit Brit is on the cover of OK! Magazine this week (AGAIN) and she reveals how she "got her body back." It's always strange to me when people say that. Where did her body go? Possessed by Starbucks!
Brit Brit claims she lost the weight from (ready for this?) exercising and eating healthy. Cheeto, please! The day Brit Brit starts eating healthy is the day the entire snack food industry crumbles into the ground.
She said, "My diet has a lot to do with my getting into shape. I have no sugar. I don't eat fruit or even fruit juice because of the sugar. I eat chicken and salmon and rice. I eat avocados. I'll have egg whites for breakfast and sometimes turkey burgers for lunch. I try to do just 1,200 calories a day. It may sound like it's not much, but it's actually a lot of food if you eat the right things." Translation: She drinks 1 Frapp and eats a handful of Cheetos a day. That's about 1,200 calories right there. Instead of scarfing down 12 Cheetos at once, she sucks on one at a time. They last longer that way. I'm not joking. I do that. It works!
She also spends 10-minutes a day playing "Dance Dance Revolution." That's her exercise.
P.S. - OK! Magazine should really change their name to "50 Cents Less Than People!"

NICE! fair is fair. I dont understand the constant bickering amongst certain usernames. But if we keep reporting people for saying negative things, what the hell is going to become of dlisted. Its clear we dont all get along, and its clear we all have celebrities whom we hate and others whom we side with. So at what point do you decide what is tolerable and what isnt. And I think someone talking to another user is not necessarily worthy of being reported if they havent cursed or threatened. And does the reporting business even work? because I have seen many usernames who have been "reported", and are still in operation. And is reporting annonymous? I dont get why people can never believe Britney might lose weight by exercise and eating healthy. Her entire life she spends hourse upon hours at the gym, and ate relatively healthy for a teenager. You dont get a body like the one she had and maintained for years by sitting on the couch. So sure the bitch took some time of to have kids, and after working extremely hard on your body your entire life so as to have a tight six pack body, wouldnt you want some time of to just put exercise aside for a couple years. Even at her heaviest she still was never fat just meaty. Its a bit fishy her weight loss coinciding with the VMA's, she just HAS to perform.
p.s. stars always lie about losing weight, they always want it to seem effortless and natural, like "oh i just happened to lose 50 pounds you know I didnt even notice". I hardly doubt she only does 10 mins of dancing when theres been pics of her on a treadmill not to long ago. Its the same way with new mothers who say they lost the weight by looking after thier kid. No, bitch you lost it by eating ice cubes with cucumbers only and spending 5 hours at the gym a day.

I have said it before but it's so true. Shitney's not fit enough in the eyes of the courts to mentally take care of herself, her money or her kids but yet they parade her around town shopping, going to recording studios & vacations ?? She is okay enough to work on her comeback but can't be left alone with her children without at least 2 other people present. That's jacked up. If someone is trying to make themselves stable, how is it that she is okay to work again & throw herself back into the havoc-filled spotlight that is partly responsible for making her go crazy in the first place?
