Da Brat Get Three Years
DaBrat was sentenced to three years in prison today for hitting a woman with a bottle of rum at an Atlanta nightclub last October. The judge also sentenced her to seven years probation and 200 hours of community service.
Three years?! Damn. I guess that's what she gets for wasting a whole bottle of rum, but three years?!
The victim, a waitress at the club, had to be hospitalized and suffered permanent facial scarring.
Let this be a lesson. Don't hit a ho with a rum bottle! Drink all the rum instead and then take a nap! And I'm sure DaBrat will be fine in prison. It's like an all-you-can-eat coochie buffet in there and DaBrat has an endless appetite!

RANT START - i've been a server and a bartender and there's been many a time that i wanted to pour a bowl of hot chowder on some asshole customers head...i hate people who go to nice restaurants and think that they have the right to do whatever they want ~like~ let their annoying kids run around and make a mess like youre a baby-sitter or a maid that has to clean up their crumbs that are ALL OVER your section just so you can collect your measly $2.00 fucking tip...i hate serving so much and i would never do it again..da brat seemed like a big bitch with a bigger ego..screw her and all the other assholes that let their brats run around and make messes in restaurants....i hope the waitress makes bank on this one...RANT OVER

Bingo on that. I've never worked in the service industry and I cannot imagine dealing with the rudeness and cheapness of people I've seen at restaurants, bars, salons, spas, etc. And, having to deal with screaming brats who aren't controlled by their parents has to be the worst.
My husband and I were taking a commuter train the other day and a family with their screaming brats sat by us. We were going to get up and move but the train was packed. The kids kept kicking and yelling. One of the kids actually picked his nose then wiped it on my skirt (as I was sitting across from him). I was too shocked by it to even speak. The mother saw it and said absolutely nothing (as she was too busy screaming into her cell phone); she could have cared less. My husband started laughing so hard and said, "Well, we better get that to the dry cleaner STAT." I seriously wanted to beat that kid's ass, but moreover I wanted to bitchslap his mother. The kid also kept kicking me across the seat. I seriously needed a Valium and Excedrin Migraine when we got to our destination.
Every time I'm on a plane and some damned kid kicks my seat more than a few times and the parent allows it, I quickly turn around and say, "Your child is kicking my seat and this needs to stop now". This doesn't endear me to anyone, but really, who cares?
And, Da Brat has a serious rage problem, clearly. She certainly didn't receive enough time for disfiguring someone. I hope the victim sues her ass in civil court for whatever she has left.

The permanent facial scarring definitely justifies the three-year sentence. Probably an aggravated assault charge since the woman was on the job when the incident occurred.
