Donald Trump Is No Hero
Last week, Donald Trump's wrinkly ass announced to the world that he was going to save Ed McMahon's pepaw kingdom by buying it and leasing it back to him. Ed was only days of away from losing his house. Well, as usual, Donald was talking out of his toupee. Somebody did buy Ed's house but it wasn't Donald. Ed's realtor told TMZ that Donald was outbid by a private buyer. Donald didn't even bother submitting another bid.
The private buyer placed the offer after Donald already got all the attention. The Donald issued this statement: "Blah...Blah...Blah...Rosie is a fat slob."
No, he said: "The other buyer has signed a purchase agreement....subject to many contingencies including but not limited to a mortgage contingency. Mr. Trump clearly would not need a mortgage and would be capable of closing this transaction immediately. If the other buyer should be successful in this bid, Mr. Trump truly hopes that they do the right thing by Ed McMahon and not have this 85-year-old American icon removed from the property."
According to The Associated Press, Ed will have to move out of the house, because the buyer plans to live there. Watch out Shady Pines! Here comes Ed!
Donald Trump should have kept his dehydrated worm lips shut until after the deal closed. But of course he wanted to bask in the glory of saving one of America's beloved pepaws! And Pepaw Ed needs to shred his wifey's credit cards and then send the bitch to Suze Orman.

I don't care if Ed McMahon ends up homeless. He had it all and threw it away for booze, hookers, and god knows what else. So Trump was bottom-fishing, made a low-ball offer and announced it, then was readily outbid by someone who made a more realistic offer. Trump wouldn't pay cash for the house anyway--that's bad investing. He'd get a mortgage like anyone else.
He's the exact opposite of the Argentine dog. The dog does a good deed and then shies away from the press. The Donald announces to the press that he will perform a good deed and then shies away from it after reaping the publicity. Figures.

I'm not that fond of Donald Trump. I loved him and his show The Apprentice until he opened his fat O mouth and started smacking his beef lips about Rosie O'Donell. Well, Rosie is pretty squirrely to, but at least she was performing within the areana of her profession and being the comic she is expected to be when she made fun of him. Don't you get it Donald? You have a loud mouthed known comedienne who is making fun of you and you entertaine that? You are pretty dumb.

To make up for this debacle, why can't The Don-Bald give the pepaw a place in Trump Towers at a reasonable rent until he and his wifey dies?
That he didn't counter offer does however tell us that all parties were operating under the assumption that an offer had been made and excepted by Mr. McMahon...before The Don-Bald. Mr. Pepaw should have stopped the nonsense by issuing a press release saying that he had accepted another offer.

He brought the other customer in by making the first step. Even if McMahon can't continue to live there, he is free from the mortgage and will have a little pocket cash. There also might be more bids which will put more money in Ed's pocket. Maybe you can shame the Donald into making another bid. If he is going to strike, it will be at the right time but you are right, to get his price, he should have kept his yapper shut until it was a done deal.
