Sarah Palin Is A Four-Time Cover Girl

Palin! Palin! Palin! Sarah Palin made the cover of 4 weeklies this week proving that....well...that she has scary teeth. Teeth that could make a moose cry. Poor moosies. I wonder if Sarah also made the cover of "Girls 'n" Guns" magazine too? Probably.

It seems like the story is the same in all of these magazines. SCANDAL! BABIES! LIES! SECRETS! TEETH! KAREN WALKER! MORE LIE-TELLING! SCANDAL!

Basically, the Palin family has become the Spears family of Alaska. Somebody shake Brit Brit from her Vicodin-Cheeto coma and let her know that this Sarah Palin chick is taking her place! I want to see pictures of Brit Brit looking tore-up on all these covers, not this Sarah lady! Come on, Brit! Rob a Starbucks! Slap the artificial cheese out of Chester Cheetah! Anything! Handle it.

OK! Magazine went with a double cover this week. Michelle and Barack Obama are on one cover and Palin and Trig are on the other. Oh and Carrie thinks Jessica is fat, because she is fat! Fat in the mouth!

I loved this post. What a great summary of what's really going on with humanity :)

WTF, does she mean by soldiers were sent into iraq as a task from god, what is this bitch talking about. Not everything has to be affiliated with religion and seriously it is statements like that which contribute to the american government having a bad reputation internationally.

People please. Is this the type of person you want one person away from the presidency???

Please remember that a vote for McCain is a vote for this megalomaniacal hypocritical sanctimonious slag.

I only caught bits and pieces of Giuliani's and Palin's speeches last night. Running the kid's around and a school meeting had me worn out. I did find Giuliani quite disturbing. He seemed like someone in school trying to say things to make the other kid's laugh. Him laughing at his own words was creepy. I just love how they put down people having regular jobs yet try to act as if they are just normal people or 'pit bulls with lipstick' in the case of our 'hockey mom', who would be a bad illness away from being President.

They try to call Obama 'elitist', but then mock the fact that he was a community organizer at one point in his career. You know, the job that they deemed has 'no responsibilities'. Way to put down people with other than 'elitist' jobs, you idiots. Typical hypocrisy coming from them.

I get so turned off by both parties when they literally make fun of each other. I know it is called 'mocking', which, IMO, is the same as kid's making fun of someone in school. Very immature. I gotta say one thing for those republicans though, they seem to get alot more pleasure in doing it. So fucking immature to hear them all laughing at who can make fun of someone better than the last person.

God forbid if Palin does become VP, but if she does, I certainly hope she is as invisible as Cheney mostly is. If I have to hear that nasally, irritating voice of hers too often, I'll go insane.

Nobody makes the decision to have an abortion casually.

Actually I'm not going to lie. A lot of women do. A lot of women HAVE abused it. A lot of women are idiots. There are also a lot of women who have children with willy nilly a thought, also idiots.

You know why we have so many problems? Because a lot of people are fucking idiots!! They act like child, they cannot rationalize, they have no common sense and they do some really simple minded shit, and they do it over and over and over again and never learn a lesson.

I used to wonder how people could live like that, until I started raising my nephew with ADHD and just looking at him every day like htf can a person not think rationally. He just can't! he's not stupid but he just won't control himself.

People steal, and they murder, and they lie, and yeah, some use abortion like it's a daily pill, instead of just using the daily pill. And other people try to make laws to protect the idiots, and to protect us from idiots. And OTHER people try to use idiots for their own selfish gains. That's what this whole struggle is about. Trying to control idiots who act like they can't think for themselves on how to "ackrite". And the saddest thing with idiots is...they don't even know they are dumb. Or they just don't care.

How can people not see how we've polluted the world, how we war and kill each other daily over some dumb shit, how we have greedy people who care more about money than people's lives and welfare trying to take advantage of the fact that most people are mindless sheep anyway to make more bucks, etc. etc.

Whether you read a bible or not, go back to Genesis. The world was meant to be very simple and uncomplicated...you could eat, play, run around naked. No need to stress or anything. And then WE had to just fuck it all up. And we still continue to fuck it all up, acting like it's so hard...because the idiots outnumber the smart and sensible.

I'm going to vote for someone who appears to have a modicum of common sense. I can assure you I don't see a person like that on the McCain/Palin ticket. Certainly didn't see it with Bush junior. THAT is the change I need to see!! If you are going to continue to let people try to control you when they appear not to even give a fuck about you, then you are a serious idiot! Yeah I'm sorry to be so abrasive with my choice of noun but there is really no other good way to put that.

But it's okay, idiots don't acknowledge their idiocy anyway and just continue to prance around the world spouting dumb nonsense thinking they actually did something....

And yeah there are people who "get it". There are women for whom an abortion was the most agonizing decison they could make, women for whom having a child also was something done with thought and decision making skills, still may have been an agoinzing decision. There are people in this world that "get it"...think before you act, do as close to good as you can without hurting anyone else, deal with the fact that shit happens and try to make it less shitty, and keep it simple, use common fucking sense and a thought process in what you do. Control yourself so other people don't have to control you and don't be greedy or selfish.

Yeah, some people get it, most people don't and there's your basic problem. And yeah, I did have to get that all out at 4 am and I'm done!

Seriously tho, I wondered that when I watched Obama's speech...I wondered if a larger population might vote having seen faces in that crowd they could relate to for once.

*********
Unfortunately, I don't think the oppressed think like that. My friends who are canvassing for Obama have a really hard time persuading hispanics and other minorities-usually poor. They don't want to hear about Obama and get the door slammed in their face. I think they have been told by their churches that voting for Obama is a sin or something. And during the last election-the black churches were very republican-very anti-homosexual and they got a lot of black church goers to vote for Bush. I think it's a bit hypocritical that they have changed their tune now that a black man is running for office-not that I'm not happy they are voting for Obama, I just wish all these people would think for themselves. But if you look at who voted for Bush it was very rich (tax cuts) and very poor (evangelical, uneducated).
Can't help but notice Palin's makeover makes her look a little spanish too---very dark hair and things-as opposed to her usual chestnut brown. I'm sure that isn't an accident. That is one of the reasons republicans don't change their stance on immigration.

btw - from the new york times, some food for thought:

"Didn't she give the same speech that W gave in 2000?

I'm not from Washington.

I'm compassionate.

I'm a reformer.

Cut taxes.

Yep. Same speech.

Insanity:

Doing the same thing over & over again, and expecting a different resut.

— Paul '52, New York, NY"

watched the pbs coverage of the pubs' convention. how interesting that they drew a wide line between themselves and the corrupt government in washington, broken washington

who broke it in the first instance?

and do they really think having some obscure little flash in the pan, whose politics have already caused a serious problem with her 17-year old (what do teens do? THEY HAVE SEX!), make stupid comments about the other side is going to swing a whole lot of women voters to their side?

if that's the case the us is much more messed up than it appears.

and the pubs took pride in stating that they don't want any government - well, the minimal amount - but what will they do when lack of laws and regulations results in plane crashes, food poisoning, road accidents? one could go one ad nauseam but i think i have mad emy point.

They love to milk the story about McCain being a POW, but we already hear enough of that. Giuliani should have taken into account that we have had terrorist attacks in our country by non-Muslims such as Oklahoma City.

Agree with HariPishna re: they won't even be around in 4 years. So of COURSE they have our best interests in mind! Mmhmm...

I was willing to hear her out tonight and I did. It seems that they copied the Dems' speeches on change. They also act like being in the Senate implies no work with laws at all. So far, all I heard from her tonight was campaign rhetoric. "He fought for you" (talking about McCain's veteran status). Also, she lied about the tax thing. Obama had said he would cut taxes for 95% of families and bring jobs back to America. Also, Obama was for victory....in Afghanistan to find Bin Laden.

The Republicans sound really bitter about Obama's popularity. They never once acknowledge that he said their children are off limits.

I'm also turned off by the crowd at the convention. The majority of the crowd were old. A lot of them seriously don't look like they're going to be on this earth for four more years.

Republicans look to be constantly on the defensive when they snipe at Obama's popularity. It looks so petty. Just some thoughts from an undecided voter. Waiting for the debates.

The Darker Shade of Palin:
The Action Scene! Sarah Palin, 1996 at a Hockey Mom Meeting, 13 other moms in attendance

SARAH: As President of the Wasilla Hockey Club, I think we need to institute some new rules..

MOM#1: New Rules?

SARAH: Yeah, It seems the boys are playing a little to "Soft" if you ask me. I mean, no biting, no hitting with sticks, no kicking, no knocking out teeth? Seriously? Are we raising a generation of fucking hockey homos? How else are these 6 year boys gonna learn how to be men?

The other moms whisper to each other in disbelief.

SARAH: I don't know about you Mavis, (and she like points her finger like right at Mavis!) and your half-a-fag son Marvin, but my boys can take a few out on the ice. I have them practicing like nine hours a day! I don't even let them do their homework. Who needs that shit? At least they'll know how to move a puck around, not like some douchey Harvard grad.

The Action Part! Out of nowhere, a huge pitbull rushes in the room and attacks Sarah. She swerves, then rises, and attacks the dog! Dramatic actioney music. Then she gets hold of the pitbull's face, and literally pulls it's skin off the dog's face. The hockey moms gasp in unison. Sarah walks away from the whimpering dying pitbull, and straightens her suit. She looks off into the distance and says...

SARAH: Will someone hand me my lipstick?

End Scene.

actually, look at the New Times photos that just came on-line (nytimes.com). They gave her a makeunder-got rid of the hair clip and streaks and excessive make up and black pant suit. Alaska isn't connected to those countries and Michigan is close to Canada as well. On top of that, she wanted to separate Alaska from the Union and Alaska is geographically separated from us. On one side you're saying geography matters and then in another you're saying it doesn't.

%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%

???????????????????????????????

Alaska is separated by the Bering Straits on its western boundary. It borders the Yukon Territory -- one of Canada's nothernmost provinces -- on the east.

Ms. Palin's ties to the AIP (Alaska Indendence Party, whose motto is "Alaska First -- Alaska Always") appear to be that her husband's membership that ran up until 2002. (She's listed on voter registration records as Republican for over twenty years). She never "officially" joined the AIP, but did attend at least on of its conventions (in 1994), and has addressed the party as an elected official on more than one occasion.

Some may argue that her relationship is irrelevant. I'm not one of those people.

I'm one of those MANY people who would like to hear her explain -- in detail -- how she's worked with an organization that seeks a vote on removing Alaska from the United States (from statehood to territorial status and to a self-governing entity). I'm not satisfied with what we know now, and I feel that she owes the American people a further explanation.

I agree with you r5bales, I give enough of my money to the have-nots and will-nots.

-- Speaking as someone who works for a public service organization, I'll tell you that MUCH more of your tax money goes to bailing out corporations and banks than to social welfare. We provide legal services to the destitute and our federal budget got slashed by about 30% this year. Thanks, Bush!

You don't have to increase taxes -- and Obama isn't -- you just have to apply them in the right areas.

One of my favorite Family Guy quotes ever: (from the Young Republicans meeting) "We help those who already have the means to help themselves."

Next time you're complaining about your tax rate, talk to the CEOs who got billion-dollar bailouts or the televangelists whose billion-dollar virtual churches are tax-exempt. Don't take it out on the poor people who are struggling enough as it is.

I expect the Repukelicans to issue a statement condemning Obama for reading Harry Potter to his girls at bedtime. I'm not going to even peruse the comment section because I know there's going to be an annoying thread about how the "scandal" should not take the place of Palin's "politics". Ultimately, scandals have taken the place of a politician's supposed position on policies and/or opinions in these day and age. It's just one fucking scandal after another. Already, I'm against Palin because she's anti-abortion plus she's for intelligent design and against sex education in the class room (but as long as it's abstinence only curriculum it's "fine"). Whatever...McCain chose her because she's for offshore drilling...which is weird because he was against it when Bush proposed it earlier this year. Flip-flop, flip-flop! I'm not trying to be rude, but that doesn't really make any sense. You're saying that Obama will make a 15% base tax hike on working class families? Care to cite your source?

Everything I've read has been almost the exact opposite of what you're saying as far as Obama's tax plan. He would offer a tax break of a thousand dollars for working class families. The only tax I read about was a payroll tax on families making in excess of 250,000 dollars and that tax would only apply to the first 100,000 dollars. So I don't really know where you got your information.

And I have no real clue as to what you're trying to say about socialism vs. fascism?

The Darker Shade of Palin:
John McCain Meets Bristol and Levi

The Secret Service Leads Levi and Bristol into a dark alley in St. Paul Minnesota where John McCain waits.

McCAIN: Hello, friends

LEVI: It's a pleasure to meet you sir...

Levi looks nervously, offers out his hand to shake, but McCain nods his head and Levi and Bristol look down.

McCAIN: Knock it off, kid. I know what goes on that whacky family of yours and I'm doing the best I can to forget this mess. But you get one thing straight. You better marry this little slut and you better do it soon. Or I'll put my hand down your throat and bring out your testicles through your left nostril. Don't think I haven't done it before, as you and America well know, I raised teenagers myself.

Another jalapeno popper falls out of Bristol's mouth which is odd cause she hasn't eaten one in days.

LEVI: I'll make an honest woman out her. I mean, I'll try. She's kind've a slut.

McCAIN: Yeah, I know. I said marry her, don't go making miracles.
