Not in the pro-ana world, they are quite proud to share... it wasn't so much I didn't think she'd do it with her dad in the car, it was the logistics of the doing-it-into-the-straw I questioned. I know practiced bulimics can do it completely silently, but it would depend entirely on how oblivious the parents were.
