UPDATE: It looks like someone has decided Latarian needed to make a comeback. Reader Tracy wrote to tell me that the story is in none of the local papers or on local news stations.checked to see. Whoever put this clip together used old footage from the first time Latarian stole his grandmother's car and presented it as though he struck again. As far as I know, Latarian did not steal his grandma's SUV again. It was just a trick! I was bamboozled!
If Latarian is still doing hood rat stuff, he's doing it on the down low. I'm sorry, Latarian! I'm sure he'll pistol whip me later.

Latarian Milton, the 7-year-old kid who stole his memaw's car last April to do "hood rat stuff," has struck again! Struck four more times to be exact.
Latarian stole the keys to his grandma's 2006 Durgano AGAIN! How the hell is she just leaving her keys out in the open like that?! She needs to hide that shit under a fruit bowl or somewhere else he will never look.
After Latarian stole the car, he drove down the street, turned into Costco, hit two parked cars, got back onto the street and hit two more parked cars before pulling into the Wal-Mart parking lot. He finally hit a sign and then drove into a ditch. His grandmother's Durango is totaled and Latarian doesn't give a fuck!
We all know why he want to Wal-Mart. For the chicken wings!
When asked why he stole his grandmother's SUV again, Latarian said, "Cause I wanted to do it. My friend was in the car with me. I took it on a high-speed chase!" And what does he think about the people whose cars he hit? "I think nothing about them!"
The reporter is the most patient and professional woman in the business. I would have knocked those ice trays out of his hands and then bit at my own hands to stop from shaking him. Or I would have laughed hysterically and then cried myself into a little ball on the floor.
Judge Judy is to blame for all of this! She was supposed to have him on her show and then she canceled it at the last minute. She could have saved Latarian!

ODD; I HATE that label. It should be called BAC for 'Bad Ass Child'. I've worked with a lot of kids with ODD and while some of them have been through a lot of shit in their lives most of them were just spoiled brats whose parents waited until they were school age or older to start disciplining them. My parents punished me for small stuff when I was little but it scared me so much I wouldn't DARE try anything major. I don't I got a spanking after the age of 8 or 10, and didn't need it. You've got to put the fear of God in them is what I used to hear all the time...

I'd also wonder what habits the father had. research is showing sperm is very affected by substance abuse - stuff like coke, meth, etc can be as damaging to the sperm as to the egg or in utero.

I SO believe that's possible! I knew a guy who had done a LOT of drugs (he was known as the "go to" guy if you wanted anything; needless-to-say, I was scared of him) and he married and his little girl was severely mentally challenged. He had an affair with this young girl while he was married and this girl got pregnant. The baby turned out just like the other child from the marriage. So many people wondered if it was from HIS drug use.

There is rarely a spanking in my house...RARELY. My husband enforces them more than i do...but honestly I think its very narrow minded to think that an occasional swat on the bum is going to mentally damage my child. Like i said...I was spanked occasionally but not often as a kid and it wised me up. I didnt want to be spanked so i STOPPED the negative behavior that caused it to happen in the first place. Does anyone know much about the penal system for young kids like him? Can they actually do anything? If so, how severe are the punishments?

I know of kids who have been convicted at age 11, hit with full on adult charges. Spent until 18 and juvee then were transfered to an adult prison until 25-35 years old. If the judge wants to do it he will, this is also his second offense so I doubt they will take it lightly. He is too much of a risk to have on the streets and obviously there is a sever lack of parenting which will also be taken into consideration. He could also end up in the coo coos nest doped out on meds if they feel that is the route to go. All in all it will depend on what kind of day the judge is having, unfortunately.

I would be curious to find out if his bio mother did drugs while he was in utero. It could seriously have fucked him up and he may, literally, have NO conscience. If he has none, nothing will give him one and he is a complete danger to society and always will be because you cannot reform this type of person...they don't understand the concept of actions having consequences because they feel no empathy, sympathy or anything of that nature for anyone in society...it's absent from their makeup. And if he's tortured or killed small animals...that is a sure sign that he's FUBAR for the rest of his life and should be locked away before he goes on a killing spree.
