According to Page Six, HoHan is afraid Michael Lohan is going to do something to her. A source said: "He's behaving so erratically that she's terrified he'll do something to her. She's contacted her lawyer to arrange this."

Michael Lohan seems more than a little unhinged. I imagine he thinks that Samantha has some sort of evil lesbionic hold over his daughter and that it's the only thing keeping her from him- rather than his insane comments and behaviour.

Not to get all "lawery" but I am a law student who has spent over 200 hours this past year helping people attain restraining orders against their abusers.
I can honestly say that if this crap is true and if the order is granted, it is an insult to all people who are actually being physically/sexually harmed by others.
Just because your Daddy is "crazy" or "mean" does not make you a candidate for an OFP. You have to be in fear of imminent harm or danger to yourself physically. Just saying "I'm scared" isn't enough. The absuer has to have acted or threatened you physical harm in some way directly. Even just a threat on the phone may not be enough to get an OFP.
She could probably try to get a harassment restraining order but those don't carry the same clout as an OFP. Regardless of what she gets, neither will bar her father from talking about her to the press.
So LiLo, save the drama for your mama, but on your big girl panties and start a gratitiude journal because your life is not shitty.
