HoHan Wants A Baby Friend
In the November issue of Marie Claire (via NYDN), HoHan says she knows that one day she'll replace her one hitter with a baby rattle. She tells the magazine that she wants to adopt a baby of some sort in the future.
HoHan said, "At some point ... I want to adopt a kid ... A child in need or a newborn from another country. I'm not sure yet."
I know where HoHan's coming from. Every now and again that maternal feeling washes over me. Yes, being around BABIES sometimes makes my nails sweat, but maybe they make medication for that.
I mean, there are times when I'm home alone and I think about how wonderful it would be to have a Baby Friend to keep me company. Baby Friend can hand me my cocktail when I'm too lazy to bend over and get it from the coffee table. Baby Friend can even stroke my back with its tiny hands while I'm barfing into the toilet. Baby Friend can also crawl down to the street corner to pick up my dime bag from the dealer. And if I ever get pulled over for a DUI, I can switch places with Baby Friend and it can take the fall. I'm too fragile for jail, but my future Baby Friend is not. Baby Friend wants what's best for me.
So I completely understand why HoHan wants a Baby Friend of her own one day.

I don't understand this baby trend going on in Hollywood that's suddenly spilled over into the rest of America.
Could someone, anyone explain?
Just gonna put this out there because I'm drunk... but that's how I am too! I am having baby fever, I think because all my friends are having kids (I'm 24). There is no way in fuck my husband and I are going to be able to afford to have a kid in the next 5 years, so it's not even an option. Plus, I don't have a maternal bone in my body, I don't even understand why I feel this way. So I just have to deal with it :)
But LiLo, she is not even 2 years past being coked out and crazy! SHE needs to wait at least 5 years before adopting a child of any kind, if ever. With as fucked-up a family as hers, and with her celebrity, what kind of life is that for a child? Is it really any better than being in foster care? I know the system sucks, but honestly, being in that family seems to be toxic.
You'd think for a cover shoot somebody would have done her hair. She looks like she's wearing Barbie Doll hair.

Hi! Manimal! *sock monkey hug & smooch* Considering how many "crazy" celebs have actually adopted....I'm thinking...money talks & mommy wannabe walks out with the baby. You also get a free box of botox. You know, in case the kid gets smelly feet or mommy's forehead needs a little touch up.

A friend of mine has one of those creepy ass dolls. One day, I go to her apartment and it's just there. In some kind of cradle being all still and creepy and I wanted to ask about it, but how do you bring that up without being an asshole? "So, can we discuss your transition to the crazy lady all the neighborhood kids are terrified of?" Interesting how she goes on to explicitly state adopting a child from another country.
It would be somewhat admirable if she had stopped at disadvantaged children, but to make a point of adopting a foreign child simply based on the geographical place of its birth, makes her sound rather insincere.

You got that right sandbitch....I'm a partial redhead myself(red on top, black underneath). So i basically wear black and gray more than anything...but yeah...turquoise, lavender and actually blue looks nice too. :D

Totally agree about no pink, red, nor orange with a ginge. Complementary colors do look the best. They also look good in ultramarine blue and violet.
I am so coveting her outfit. I adore that shade of teal, and the belt rocks. She looks healthier in the face, but the weave is porn-diculous.
