I did but for the past month I've been on the gestational diabetes diet and have to test my blood sugar four times a day. They know if I overindulge. Lame! :) I've actually been lucky- my cravings have been for juicy fruits and veggies that are wet- cucumbers, carrots, etc.

Also, I found that eating "mini" meals every two hours helped alot. And no eating after 7pm.
Limit sweets and fat, count your carbs but still eat them, get some exercise and remember that the smoother it goes on, the smoother it comes off.
