Palin & Fey: Together At Last (Sort Of, Kind Of)
Sarah Fey and Tina Palin (on purpose typo) shared the same stage on SNL (aka The Sarah Palin Show) last night. Yes, they did share the stage.....for a quick second! They crossed paths and quickly glanced at each other. It was a magically strange moment that can be described in two words: acid flashback.
I think I like Tina Fey's version of Sarah Palin better than Sarah Palin's. Especially her fancy pageant walk! I could have watched that all night.
Alec Baldwin and Marky Mark also made cameos in the opening sketch which was a little awkward and uncomfortable. It was like watching my divorced parents at Thanksgiving dinner together. I didn't know whether to stare at them the whole time or medicate myself with pills and booze.
And was that a llama or a pony in the background?! Why did it only get ass time? Forget it. I just answered my own question.
Below is Sarah Palin's other appearance on Weekend Update. Amy Poehler is like 15-months pregnant and she can still rap! The bitch has skills. Todd and the moose was a nice touch, but where was Joe Sixpack and Joe the Plumber?! SNL probably couldn't afford their appearance fees.

Again Palin never made anyone pay for a rape kit.
She never banned a SINGLE book from the library. But if you can read her mind then all apologies on my end.
And she fired the ASSHOLE that wouldn't fire another ASSHOLE that drove his squad car drunk and tasered a 10 year old. So when a superior still employees someone that does that you FIRE THEM!!
So as you can see all your reasons for hating her are based on lies. Please figure out a new reason to hate her, and read up more. You come off as dumb.

And re Colin Powell: I understand his decision very well -- the neoconservatives never liked him; rightwing radio shills like Laura Ingrahm Rush hated him because he didn't want to go into Iraq in the first place and knew the yellow cake and WMD excuses were suspect. I remember listening to their bile on the radio -- ALWAYS interesting to hear people who think the public airwaves are made up exclusively of the of "their kind" of Amooricun. Those same radio shills used all kinds of racial innuendo and crowed about Powell need to "know his place." So there.
Palin is finally getting what she has always wanted: attention and recognition. When her pageant days were over she went into broadcasting, and when that failed, she sought refuge in politics.
Anyone who backs her backs a ticket of intolerance, plain and simple.
I don't blame Fey one bit for leaving the stage when Palin appeared. Who can support a woman who is insular and ignorant? A woman who would have rape victims pay for their own rape kits? 1st off the 1st skit was kind of shitty. The second one Palin looked HOT dancing behind the desk and Amy Poehler was hilarious. And when they say goodnight to the crowd she had on some HOT dominatrix boots on. Guess what nobody watched 30 rock before Fey started doing Palin but I would expect a ratings bounce for their premiere then back to obscurity for Fey (though i do think she's talented).
I'm still not voting for any candidate that is against PRO-CHOICE. But the sketch was pretty damn funny.
