I think you just answered your own question. Money would be nice, that's true, but do you REALLY want people following you around all the time? My (not celebrity addicted) friend said, the other day, "You know, there's got to be something fundamental to that personality...and you're going to find that each of these highly sought after celebs is going to have an alcoholic mom or a dad who ran off with his mistress and other family or some shit.
