Agreed. And perhaps I could suggest adding picture of her looking worried in a headscarf in some poor country- totally surprised by paps of course- and another of her hopping on her private plane being held by a Brangeloonie whose head is imploding trying to reconcile the contradictions. She's in a business that sells images and fantasy. She didn't look so made up to me in those pics Brad took. I agree with a well known college coach's opinion about fame and what his obligations should be. If he took an opportunity and worked hard to build on it and attain success and stature because of it, why should he be criticized for not using that fame and stature for what someone else considers worthwhile?

Criticism is the way we form our societies - it's one of the things that form them. I have a vested interest in my work just as she does in hers. And fair enough about the fantasy. Let's let it go back to being that and not about who that fantasy is in reality. Why do we need to know her life? Because the public wants it? It is sad that many celebrities living in america have perfected the art of whoring themselves out to the media. It is nothing to be proud of. Angelina and others need more self restraint, as well take in to consideration the examples they are setting for younger generations. I don't agree with the "celebrities aren't required to be role models" bullshit, because they are whether it is desired or not. Someday angelina's children will read a majority of the interviews she has done, and i would be surprised if they didn't think that she is one fucked up individual.

I've wondered that myself. Don't get me wrong, I think Gwyneth was attractive and even Aniston (who I love) has a sexiness to her (regardless of her chin). But one would think that with all the hype that has surrounded this man about being hot and the sexiest man alive - he would be with a real beauty. Juliette Lewis is ugly and he was with Robin Givens who personally I don't find attractive. His choices in women have stumped me. I hate to say it but I actually think he's quite insecure. He seems to take the form of each woman he is with. I think he respected Jolie for her humanitarian work but but she was also off kilter and he knew it. So he finds that he wants to emulate her but at the same time wants to fix her. Plus she appears to have this sex appeal and he can't believe she's actually attracted to him (again with his insecurity)! But by no means is Jolie a real beauty. She has had facial work done and has the most unattractive protruding veins .... so she does not come out as the winner of the most attractive either.
Eva mendez is a natural beauty. The stress of dealing with angelina, 6 kids, crash/burn movie career, and constantly trying to convince the media, himself and us that he has the perfect life has aged brad drastically.
I, personally think the FRANKENSTEIN HEAD issue needs to be addressed here on DListed.

That's NOT what I said. I said, "why is she always trying to SELL SEX"! Of course a woman should feel sexy - regardless of how many kids she has. It's just that it gets tiresome watching this "supposed mommy of the year", constantly playing the seductress (even on magazines). For God's sake, why can't she try actually being on the cover of a magazine looking normal? Just natural looking and relaxed. She always looks like she's getting ready to be fucked!

It's cuz she just had those kids. It's cuz she's well aware of how to manipulate her own image. You were here last week - She doensn't look bad but not exactly "desirable" either...she's got mommy face - AND she just put out pictures. She gets how to create a perception and sway it this way and that...
In the end it just makes women spend more time worrying about their appearance than what kind of people they are and what kind of people they're raising (especially moneyed mommies whose children will one day rule the world), simply because she sets the bar so high. I'm not saying women shouldn't be put together but it really does get out of control to the point where they're overly distracted by it. Seriously, I hear women complaining that they're gaining weight when they're pregnant and stepping up their workouts.
And she might be beautiful but she's not flawless...You know they've been photoshopping the bags out from under her eyes for years. They used to always be there...and I honestly think she's just predisposed.
