There's only one beach in L.A. anywhere near McConaughey that allows dogs: Leo Carrillo, at the Ventura County line. He's not at that beach--he's in downtown Malibu. Not a big deal, but all us plebes have to observe the dog laws, as should he. (The idea is dogs scare shorebirds, fight, leave crap, etc.)
