Too Much Xanax?
Winona Ryder was rushed to the hospital from Heather yesterday after she had some kind of medical issue while on the plane. Her PR bitch kept their lips shut about what Winona's damage was. One of my suspicions was that Winona swallowed too many beautiful dolls. The Daily Mail claims that's exactly what happened.
According to them, Winona passed out twice after taking too many Xanax pills. Winona was taken to the hospital, but released an hour later and is doing fine now.
Everybody knows you're not supposed to pop Xanax like its Tylenol PM! If you're too scared to fly in an airplane, just chop up one Xanax and one Ambien, snort that up, drink a few glasses of red wine, recline your seat, put on some headphones and let "The Piano" soundtrack serenade you to a deep sleep. I love "The Piano" soundtrack.

I don't know which I miss more, the car or the Ambien.

I am so terribly afraid of flying that I've gotten a prescription for xanax just to fly. It'll take me atleast 1mg to get on the plane, and maybe another .5 to stay there. So if that's the reason she was in that situation, I sympathize.
But personally, I've never found the stuff addictive, but maybe that's because I actually need it for the right reasons?
Painkillers, on the other hand, I have to stay away from. I love that stuff way too much haha.

I guess there really is no simple answer for why those on and off relationships dont work but at least with Kate Moss there was the kids and marriage situation but with Winona you just never knew.
Maybe the right answer is everything and all kinds of things, thats the only thing that come out making something that doesnt work really work.

In hindsight, do you have a simple thought about why it didn't work?
This sounds like such a cop-out answer, but I just don't think it was out time. I think it was our time, and then time passed. You kind of just fall together and then you fall apart, I guess. I thought about it for years, and I kind of don't really have an answer to that.
I don't even know who was doing most of the breaking up. It was mutual. It really was. And you're just kind of waiting for the other person to say so. But I do feel weird talking about it. He doesn't say a word about it. I don't know how he feels. I know I'm not saying anything that could upset him. But it's something I really want to protect.

Hekki - here's another fact about chicken pox (and another reason for a vaccination against it): when kids get it it is no fun but not horrible, but it can be MUCH more serious to get it as an adult. I got it as an adult, about 12 years ago, and was extremely ill for about ten days; so weak I could barely stand up, and nearly had to go into the hospital. The scarring can also be worse for adults, although I was fortunate in that regard. I looked like something out of a horror movie (no exaggeration) but was left with very few scars afterwards. (apologies for going OT)
Man, I hate flying more than anyone on planet earth, so I've downed some xanax before takeoff quite often. I was on it for yeeeears. But, unfortunately, you can't snort it. I mean, you can, but it's not water-soluble, so you get zero buzz from it. Also, yes, it is super-crazy addictive and I find it hard to believe that she needed to be hospitalized if she'd only taken the recommended amount. Don't play with benzos, kids.

My sister had chicken pox and my mom let me play with her, hoping I'd get the pox and my mom could just get it all over with (two sick kids) at once. But I never got it. Back in the day, if someone got the chicken pox, the moms would bring their kids to the sick kid's house so they could get it and then have immunity in the future.
My kids got the vaccine, even though I'm not big on vaccinating for non-deadly diseases. I'm all for the polio and smallpox vaccines. They had to twist my arm for the MMR (my daughter got rubella anyway) and chicken pox. I mean, no one DIES from that stuff. But they need it for school and I'm not a die-hard hippie. Stil...

Before vaccinations were available, one way the school would decide that a kid had been exposed was to look for that scar. For some reason, the chicken pox will leave a weird little scar near the eye.

wow, she is either very stupid or very addicted...the right dose of xanax works pretty quickly & effectively against panic & there is no need to take THAT many of them unless you are completely addicted...benzo's like xanax are super crazy addictive.
Xanax, like many anti-anxiety meds, must be stepped-up and then stepped-down. One should NEVER take the full dose immediately.
