Deja Cheeto
Brit Brit continued her overseas "Don't Be A'Scared, Ahs On Mah Meds" tour by performing for Simon Cowell and his delectable manchichis on X-Factor last night. Our little sedated Cheetoling once again mouthed the hell out of "Woomanizah" and did her best impersonation of a possum trying to wiggle its way out of a bear trap. Basically, it was just like her two other performances. Although, I was a little disappointed for a couple of reasons. First, she didn't wear that lil' top hat. It made her mime-act so much more jauntier. Secondly, Brit didn't do her perfect British accent! She worked on that shit all last year and now was her chance to wow the Brits by using their native tongue! Damn that Daddy Spears for forcing her to stay on the script!
Below is Brit Brit leaving X-Factor last night and at Heathrow this morning. She's NYC bound! I better put on my "sexin' outfit" and try to get close to her bodyguard. He probably has a key to her meds box and you know there's some good shit in there.

That's typical Britney!!
No rhythm, lip syncing, stiff dance moves.
Yes, the weave was wack. And she had been doing so well with her hair until that tragedy.
Plus her hair looks really bad, she needs to take the weave out and flatten it out a little more. It was too puffy and frazzled in this performance.
Your face!
I was watching the video last nite. She could have danced more, the song is catchy but she was just walking around in those ugly whore boots and danced for maybe 5-10 minutes. After all that working out and dieting you would think she would dance a little more than that. But no...girl is so lazy!
Your face!
TITS,
I thought I answered your question when I said, "There are black box warnings on all anti-depressant drugs like Prozac, Paxil.....Also, the anti-psychotic drugs have increased suicide risk. Even drugs like Chantix (the quit-smoking drug) and Singulair (for asthma!) are linked with depression and suicidal thoughts."
But I can clarify more if you need me to.
You asked me how does the FDA get $ from Big Pharma. Here is more info:
"More than half of the experts hired to advise the government on the safety and effectiveness of medicine have financial relationships with the pharmaceutical companies that will be helped or hurt by their decisions, a USA TODAY study found."
http://articles.mercola.com/sites/articles/archive/2000/10/01/fda-drug-a...
Video of testimony from David J. Graham, MD, former Associate Director of Drug Safety for the FDA
http://video.google.com/videosearch?q=gary+null&emb=0&aq=f#emb=0&aq=f&q=...
Also, everyone should be aware that the U.S. is one of only two countries in THE ENTIRE WORLD (the other being New Zealand) where it's legal for pharmaceutical companies to advertise on T.V. Rightfully so, it's ILLEGAL everywhere else in the world.
Everyone should also know that the industry that spends the MOST money lobbying the Federal Gov't is the Pharmaceutical Industry. Even more than Big Oil and Big Tobacco! Would you think it would be possible that the gov't is NOT in favor of Big Pharma over YOUR safety? Here's an example of the perks Congress people get from Pharma such as lear jet escorts(not to mention massive campaign donations Big Pharma regularly gives). This is bribery, plain and simple:
"Drugmakers go furthest to sway Congress"
http://www.usatoday.com/money/industries/health/drugs/2005-04-25-drug-lo...
This only scratches the surface. There are many whistle blowers like Gwen Olsen, a former pharmaceutical sales rep (she's on youtube), Dr. David Graham, former FDA Drug Safety Assoc. Director, and many MD's and PhD's who have written books all about how poisonous pharmaceuticals are but they are pushed over nutrition all in the name of making money. Many diseases including depression can be cured with proper nutrition - but the PHarma industry can't make billions in profits yearly from you treating yourself with a healthy, natural, non-processed food diet. Most disease today is simply terrible nutrition - just look at what Americans eat!
Sorry this was so long, but this shit is important.
Remember her Matt Lauer interview...
"Ah likes money, y'all."
Britney is a piece of shit.
I felt no need to be nauseated by the propaganda of the Spears machine so I didn't watch the crock-u-mentary last night. I don't believe she cares about anybody but herself and Kandykane probably DOES have a valid point that she sees her shelf life coming up on expiry and is doing everything she can to snatch up $$$$ and worship before she loses her marketability.
All she ever had was her looks and slut appeal.
But that can't go on forever and she knows it, and it probably is causing a rage inside her.
Poor wittle Shitney.
The only reason Shitters is still all up in our eyeballs is because of money: she wants it, Daddy wants it, that's all. Yeah she's fucked up but not for the reasons you think. She's getting older and she's having a hard time with it. I have it on good authority. It's all about mortality and the one thing that can't be controlled.
@Mel-Tang:
Sometimes I think it could be PPD but then I remember it was long before when she went out and married that whathisname guy before KFed. I think having children can really drive those issues home - and for her, maybe because she feels so powerless, it just didn't happen in a good way. I have to admit - I would love to get into that bitch's files. There are SO many factors it's really hard to pin one down.

Honestly, I believe her lifestyle has something to do with her unhappiness. BUT, I also think that she has been suffering from PPD (after JJ), which is a real, horrible thing. It's hard to get out of a funk once you're in one.

I saw her documentary last night. My take: she still isn't well.
I watched a bit, too, and I agree. It was actually sad, in that the film clips showed her fit and seemingly happy, at the top of her game. If anything, it was a huge contrast to how messed up she is now. She is resting on her laurels.
***********************************
It's why I don't really want to see it. I know it will make me sad. I do feel for the bitch, I just get mad cuz it's all so unnecessary. Or maybe, I feel like she's created this opportunity to get loud about it. FINALLY, something people might pay attention to. What she's going through is pretty pandemic, IMO. It's everywhere. She doesn't have any special kind of illness. I watched this psychology type movie last night and it came up JUST like I knew it would:
What if it's not illness but a very normal human reaction to "wrongness" (for lack of a better term at the moment). A natural reaction to years of lies and charades? It bothers me that people call her sick cuz IMO if she were sick, she could have just kept on keeping on with her bullshit. It's the healthy part of her that won't have it, you know?

Sheeps: Exactly.
Her eyes are just sad and hollow. I recognize that look. I had that after my second child was born. You know in your heart you have a lot to be thankful for, but something is just not letting you be happy, no matter how much medication you are on. It's sounds shallow, but it's really uncontrollable. Very sad. She will be fighting the rest of her life with this I'm sure.

I saw her documentary last night. My take: she still isn't well, and I don't think she will ever be completely. Whatever meds they have her on seem to help a little, but she still suffers from extreme highs and lows. She needs to go live on that little island she longs for and forget about show business. Her heart isn't in it anymore.

True clinical depression is like being in one of those dreams where you cannot run and everything is in slow motion...only that's your entire life. Somewhere along the way it becomes an effort to get dressed or to shower or talk to friends. When people start taking meds they often get a degree of energy back and then they actually have the oomph to kill themselves. That's why they need to be monitored as that is recognized as one of the most serious times.
______________________________________
I can relate to that, sadly. I was crazy as all get-out with clinical depression when I was in my late teens-early 20's. I think I tried so many drugs I felt like the pharmacy garbage disposal.
(I wasn't abusing drugs...the docs were giving them to me to find out what would work).
I was pretty lucky, after about (what seemed to me) a million tries at the right drug, I found one that worked (norpramin). I had to take it for YEARS with-oh, shit...what was it?-I can't remember. It was like buspar..an anti-anxiety drug.
ANYWAY....for some reason, as I got older, I was able to stop taking meds for the most part-a few times, I've had to take meds for about 6-9 months and stop...but now, I take St John's Wort...well, I've stopped for 6 weeks-but generally, I'm not remotely as depressed as I used to be when I was younger. I think getting old has something to do with it.
So-it does get better. I used to think it NEVER would....but it does.

As for drinking, or whatever one's poison happens to be, it's more than one day at a time. Sometimes it takes everything a person has to get from one minute to the next. It really is the battle of your life. This time of year especially, it seems. The irony is that it isn't to get drunk/high/whatever. For most people it's the only time they feel "normal". It feels like the missing link. Why others can feel at ease in social situations and life. It's so deceptive. Hearts to all doing the fight.
after watching the documentary i kind of changed my opinion on her...KIND OF
i mean she used the word multitude correctly :O some college kids can't even do that! ... weird
and she said she was going through life as a karate kid! i mean i think we should all do that ... lol sorry i have a thing for jackie chan and bruce lee.
only time will tell if she'll REALLY change, but i certainly think she's headed in the right direction. not the paris hilton kind of change, but the kind of change marilyn monroe or princess d would have made if they were still alive.
i also gained an understanding about why her story speaks to so many people. she really is just a regular girl who let her emotions get the best of her.
but i don't completely blame her. she is literally the most photographed and publicized being in the world. anyone would crack, we can't even begin to understand.
i also liked how she said that she REALIZES that people have it worse than her, and doesn't want to be viewed as a victim. I think the media is portraying her that way to sell magazines. she also REALIZES she made mistakes. so check, check, check in my book.
finally she has this desire to find love "the man of her dreams" but everyone sort of laughed at her when she said that. And to be honest I don't think she'll ever find a man that would love her properly. She's right she doesn't have the things that she really wants, the simple things, and I agree that her fame has stripped her of it.

Angel - interesting choice. David Healey has made part of his living out of his books and papers on his views of antidepressants.
He has also acknowledged that they work well and prescribes them in his practice.
His name is also all over the internet when you search on anti-depressants. Doesn't mean jack shit in the long run, just means that people like reporting about him either because his views support their own opinions or because they're 'making' up news.
I refuse to believe that only a one or even a small handful of well trained medical professionals are the only ones capable of seeing such a trend if it exists. It just isn't logical.
If you turn it around, this means that 99% of all mental health doctors are willfully blind and uninterested in knowing facts.

I might be more inclined to believe the whole anti-antidepressant rants if I could also get full medical history and past drug use from the cases used. Additionally, merely saying that a product does this or that does not mean it always or even often happens -- it means that it MIGHT, so they're hedging their legal bets.
*
Another reason people think the numbers of suicides rise with use of anti-depressants is because people are not MONITORED as they should be. The drugs can take weeks and weeks to have an effect and some drugs don't work at all for some people. You mix that in with severe depression and you get a person thinking, 'hey it's not chemical i am really this fucked up, nothing can help me - BLAMMO'.
No one should be on anti-depressants without regular (bi-weekly at first) checkups with a doctor trained in mental health care.

One more thing.... I shed a small tear watching her doc. I mean, this stupid cow was basically stating the obvious that happens to everyone's life: when you start to realize that life really sucks and it is not fair, regardless of how much money or fame one has....
that people will be kind to you one moment but will abondon you the next...
that reflecting on one's life is a healthy thing and everyone has regrets.....
bitch was speaking the universal language there....

Shitney was a stupid bitch beforehand, but she also took every drug she could get her greasy hands on. Her brain probably looks like a fried, scrambled "after" picture -- frankly I suspect that's what caused her insane behavior. Some people fry their brains and it never recovers.
Hell, we don't even know that she's ON antidepressants. Her "people" probably have her on something with a far more sedating effect so she'll be easier to cart around from appearance to appearance.
@TITS:
This kinda thing is telling:
Antidepressants Raise Suicide Risk for Youth, FDA Says ...........
"It has been dismaying to see the delay in formally recognizing this risk, whose recognition can only make the use of these drugs safer for those who really need them," said David Healy, a psychiatrist at the University of Cardiff in Wales, who has long warned about the link between antidepressants and suicide. "The clinical trial data pointing to a risk was compelling 17 years ago."

Hey TITS,
There are black box warnings on all anti-depressant drugs like Prozac, Paxil. Here's an article from the FDA and they are extremely protective of the Pharma industry since they get mucho $ from them, that when the FDA admits there's a danger, than you know the drug is really, REALLY bad:

"Antidepressants a Suicide Risk for Young Adults
Study Says Cases Double for Those 18 to 25 Using Medicine to Control Depression":

Also, the anti-psychotic drugs have increased suicide risk. Even drugs like Chantix (the quit-smoking drug) and Singulair (for asthma!) are linked with depression and suicidal thoughts.
