Ultimate drunktard Tara Reid is now working her way up the 12 steps to staying relevant by checking herself into a little known rehab facility known as Promises Malibu. I guess Celebrity Rehab was all booked up?
Her spokeswhore told People, "Tara Reid has checked herself into Promises Treatment Center. We appreciate your respect to her and her family's privacy at this time."
The spokeswhore wouldn't say what she's being treated for. That's probably because the list is endless and nobody really has that kind of time. The better question would be, "What isn't the bitch addicted to?"
While she's in there, she should also have a contractor, Ty Pennington, a few set decorators, the bomb squad and Bob the Builder come in to look at her war zone tummy. While she's detoxing, she might as well fix the monster on her belly.
And because Tara's in the tank, the booze industry is going to take a big hit, so we need to do our part! This weekend, for every 1 cocktail you drink, drink 6 more for Tara!

Word! I can't compare Amy to Tara in any other way except that after getting fucked up on drugs they must stop seeing their 'real selves' anymore.
However, unlike Amy (who has some SERIOUS self loathing shit going on), I think Tara just wants to conform to the 'beauty ideal' -- i.e. Blonde, big boobs, flat stomach, etc.
Amy doesn't give a fuck if people don't like her. But Tara seems desperate to fit a mould that people admire (even though those people are vapid morons) to get approval/attention/whatever.
I just think there definitely is something wrong with you if you think your only worth as a woman is if you have a hot body.

Or, interestingly (pertaining to the rest of your post which I was too lazy to chop up for this purpose...), she has the same problem as Amy. Amy thinks she's sexy a lot of the time too. It's that "not connecting with the body" thing. She sees the bikini - she thinks it's hot - she assumes she'll be hot if she wears it. I just don't get why she parades her butchered tummy/boodjob around. She could have designed all sorts of clothes, but she decided on beachwear!?! Then posed for staged photo's in the bikini's she 'designed'?!?
I mean WTF did she need a tummy tuck for in the first place? I don't necessarily see it as self loathing, more poor body image combined with an unhealthy way of dealing with the positives and negatives in life.
My theory is that there are certain personality types that find it easier to turn to drugs/alcohol to deal with shit (success, failure, fame, happiness, loss, everything). And then on top of that they CAN also get a lot of attention for it. Privately, people will offer a lot of support and sympathy. Publically, Tara's name is in da papers and people will discuss her.
Tara needs to find some worth in herself that doesn't involve looking good and getting attention for that. Rant over.

Well, it's just a rumor about Tara and Dr. Rey; she wasn't on the 90210 show. It may not have been him, but I remember her saying that she went to someone that had done a Playboy model that she knew and she looked great, and that surgeon had a good reputation, so she trusted him, but I think she was talking about her boobs. However I think she got her Frankenboobs and Frankenbelly done at the same time.
Yeah Rey is not board certified, but regardless, things can go wrong with plastic surgery or any surgery which are beyond the surgeon's control, so who knows if this dumb skank followed post operative instructions and shit? She may have had perfectly good surgery and fucked it up herself by being a dumb drunken mess of a whore....
I amember when I had my wisdom teef taken out, and the surgeon told me what I could and couldn't eat, even stressed how important it was, so what did my tiger ass do?
