Not until you mentioned it! You can say a lot of bad things about Gritney, but I don't think there's anything sinister about where that hand is. When my kids were babies, I was always holding them facing out with my hands under their diapered crotches. There are appropriate ways of touching and in my opinion, Britney is okay in that photo.
